I have a strong feeling you have no idea what black metal is. First off unless these people were really into the genre they wouldn't be singing along to anything. Even as a fan of the genre I can't tell you what the vocals are saying most of time unless I'm looking at the lyrics. This is black metal.


Second off black metal is not about worshipping Satan. It was originally created as a reaction to the overproduced and shallow music of the 80s and is about shirking standard conventions. When it first emerged some even referred to it as an anti-genre due to its abandonment of conventional music theory. The lyrical theme of Satanism that some bands use is primarily used to further remove the genre from the mainstream. Only very rarely do you have people like Jon Nödtveidt who practice a form of theistic Satanism.

I use these quite regularly but I've always wondered where the original 'LOL' came from, and how it spread around the world very quickly, even my 63 year old Father uses them in his Facebook updates yet I think it's just down to people being finger lazy and nothing more!

This is ridiculous. Not trying to trash anyone but really? LOL has been used since chatting began...I suppose it can mean whatever you want but for 99.9999999% of the people that use it, it means Laughing Out Loud...nothing more. You can find a conspiracy in anything you want to if that is how you want to live your life. There is no satan anyway...there is just God...
