To me the blurry part comes with who is building/designing - meaning I believe it unclear as to the exact makeup of all the folks currently walking around on the planet.

I will say I think, 20% of the craft flying ( or appearing to fly ) around are built on the surface, here.

I hope that "not convinced either way", i.e. "not sure" is a choice. That's where I stand.

But as to "are we using alien technology?" Highly doubtful.

Yes, I know that they have, and the ET's came from Saturn's moon, Titan. We have since visited them many times through our Black Space program. Apparently, it is they who placed the rings around Saturn in order to make it eventually habitable for their species. The process takes thousands of Earth years to complete.
