Most factory jobs could easily be trained in the factory, no college needed. I see college has turned into a marketing scheme and no more. In the four years and moocho bucks for college, the employer can train the person at a reduced starting wage. Sure, some jobs need a college grad but most of them don't. Job experience is very important. On the job training is extremely important.
