well, we've only a few weeks left in 2012.. it will be 2013 before we know it. could solar flareups be even worse next year, or is that unlikely?
and i wonder how tptb would use any disaster to their advantage? with just hurricane sandy, i was blown away by the amount of damage and subsquent
looting along parts of the northeast coastline, and the storm wasn't even that bad - it was just that technology and infrustructure were so horribly
crippled.. power down and gas shortages for over a month just because of a tropical storm?
what if the power grid goes down? what will people do when they can't pump gas, cant use their phones or get online, and cant get any money out the
atm or pay anything except with cash? should we be worried and make preparations for impending power outages, gas shortages, atm/banking blackouts?
or what?
