Well I for one will be celibrating my birthday on this eerie date. Will the world end? Will there be a brave new world? Or will it be just another birthday?
I am curious as to how many others have this date as your birthday also?
Please chime in and on the 21st maybe all of us can have our own ATS birthday party in this thread?

On December 21 I'll be 25, I'm not a star child, spiritually enlightened or anything special.Although I believe being born on the winter solstice does something to a persons character,like my insatiable thirst for knowledge and books.And I guess I hardly make any friends since I don't do small talk, and most of the subjects I want to talk about makes other people uncomfortable.So on 21/12/2012 I will buy lots of food and drinks,make a cake, gather my family(that includes my three cats and newly adopted dog) and have a great party,and the next day things will be just the same.
And happy birthday to you too my fellow sagitarian.
