if you live in wisconsin then you should know that our average winter temps have been -2f to 29f..
and if that is Very Very cold, then you should consider someplace warmer.. and or youve not been a wisconsin native for very long.. those arent cold temps.. Now if your a homeless person, then exposure would be an issue. and anyone whom is on ATS is most likely Not a homeless person and wont be responding to this thread

IM pretty much screwed
i moved from 10 miles from the seacoast in nh to cape coral in fl sooo im not 600+ ft above sealevel or 250 miles from the ocean
