I also live in SE WI. And I have to tell you that you are wrong. Exposure is what will kill most people if the system were to collapse and WI is very very very COLD.

if you live in wisconsin then you should know that our average winter temps have been -2f to 29f..
and if that is Very Very cold, then you should consider someplace warmer.. and or youve not been a wisconsin native for very long.. those arent cold temps.. Now if your a homeless person, then exposure would be an issue. and anyone whom is on ATS is most likely Not a homeless person and wont be responding to this thread
