Benghazi Security Chief, Assassinated By Gunmen

www.huffingtonpost.com

TRIPOLI, Libya (AP) — Libya's deputy interior minister says gunmen assassinated the security chief of the eastern city of Benghazi overnight.

Omar al-Khadrawi says National Security Chief Col. Farag al-Dersi was shot dead while returning from work on Wednesday.

"Three men opened fire, killed him and then fled the scene," he said, adding that it was unclear who is behind the killing.

I'm sure at some point this man was in talks with the Obama administration, or hell even an insider for the terrorists who commited the crime.

Maybe now we'll never know. The timing seems rather fishy with the Benghazi-Gate trial happening right now.... behind closed doors I may add.

Bah! Pure coincidence I'm sure.

The trail of dead tells tales in itself.
A bit like the Clinton Administration.

He was probably an alien warlord.

A guy like this should not be walking around alone in a place like that.

I just came across this piece that sheds a lot of light on the whole Libyan debacle.

"Libya- All In? Failed NATO Mission Exposed"

pennyforyourthoughts2.blogspot.ca...

She, Penny, followed Libya closely and is now following Syria.

The original article is here:

"Libya All In? Failed NATO Mission Exposes US Generals – OpEd" Nov 18, 2012 Horace G. Campbell

www.eurasiareview.com...

"Introduction-
Carter Ham has been removed as head of the US Africa Command (AFRICOM). General Petraeus resigned from the CIA on November 9. Rear Adm. Charles M. Gaouette was reassigned on October 26 as the commander of the USS John C. Stennis strike group. These three changes at the top of the US military establishment are all related to the failed NATO intervention in North Africa and the subsequent war and killings that have been unleashed by militias in Libya, especially in Benghazi. These changes exposed the new autonomy and war fighting capabilities that were being experimented where the CIA and the leaders of the military command structures such as AFRICOM and Central Command (CENTCOM) made policy independent of the executive branch and civilian leadership. This experiment shattered with devastating consequences for the entire military apparatus ensnaring generals, financial speculators, media specialists on the military and politicians."

I just came across another article of interest, about the 'freedom fighters'/terrorists they were doing business with in Libya, the same one's they're working with in Syria.

"Al Qaeda "Virtue Police" Show up Along NATO Protected Turkish-Syrian Border"
www.landdestroyer.blogspot.ca...

According to their own reports from 2007:

Clearly, the US military and the US government were both well aware of the heavy Al Qaeda presence in Cyrenaica since as early as 2007. When violence flared up in 2011, it was clear to many geopolitical analysts that it was the result of Al Qaeda, not "pro-democracy protesters." The US government, its allies, and a complicit Western press, willfully lied to the public, misrepresented its case to the United Nations and intervened in Libya on behalf of international terrorists, overthrowing a sovereign government, and granting an entire nation as a base of operations for the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG).

A similar scenario is now playing out in Syria, where the West, despite acknowledging the existence of Al Qaeda in Benghazi, Libya, is using these militants, and the exact same networks used to send fighters to Iraq, to flood into and overrun Syria. This, after these very same Libyan militants were implicated in an attack that left a US ambassador dead on September 11, 2012. [/ed]
