Homeless man challenges Vancouver bylaws that prohibit sleeping outside

Just this morning we have an opinion piece from one of our local reporters on the homeless issue in Vancouver and how its not that we as a city don't try to help the help is there. The mind set of the people involved is the issue.

We the people of this city do try and help, I know I do, but so often you see the little help we can offer thrown in our face, or disregarded bye those who it is offered too. Fact is if the people wanted help its there they just some not all choose not to use it.
