The guy from WBC gives a perfect Bible quote to describe themselves.
Well, actually the chapter they took the verse out of context from describes them.
What he says at 2:30 is,

Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression . . .
Isaiah 58:1

What it goes on to explain in the following verses as the sin to be "shown" is a people who demonstrate all the outward signs of being religious but cause strife.

There's a hoax that pops up every 4 months or so that Fred Phelps has died. I think this is another one.
I found one claim dated February, another in June, and another in Sept.

Yeah, I wondered about that!!! I looked at the wikipedia page for him, and there was no death date....

I wondered if it might be BS.
