You have no idea what it's like when I realize the way my therapist looks at me when I am pacing in her office screaming "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.. SUN DOGS ARE NOT NIBURU!!!"
On the upside - each time this happens I get new pills.

Imagine how you'll feel the day your therapist gets angry right along with you and suggests you all just call a short break to check online and see what else has been said recently.
Just when ya think things can get crazier, you find an even deeper rabbit hole to fall into. So don't worry, be happy! Tomorrow is bound to be worse which gives all the more reason to enjoy the moment.

Easier said than done. what is one to do when the OP of said thread, is convinced the photo they posted is Nibiru...yet won't acknowledge the pics of many...many...many sun dogs posted as replies.....showing his pic is none other than another sun dog. Walking away from said thread, caused me peace of mind....

The honest truth... I am about 90% positive that I talked my shrink into joining ATS. Usually in our sessions I bring up things that the news hasn't covered yet and she always writes them down - presumably to show me that I am delusional at a later date. Only, instead, she ends up saying "How did you know about that 4 days before CNN did???" So I tell her about ATS.
