The quote in the title is from John Grotzinger, Chief Scientist at Cal Tech. However, NASA left us with little to go on, and apparently we will have to wait a few weeks for the final results.

I am guessing along the lines of more microbial life being found. Perhaps even a new strain of bacterial life. Maybe the found an interesting new element or one similar to Earth? It will be interesting to see what they do disclose in the coming weeks.
