I have an iPhone 4 and my wife has the iPhone 3GS. Both of these have had the Mophie Juice Cover since I bought them brand new many years ago and have
had no problems with them.
My covers on both had split at the top and I happened to be on their Facebook site last week and mentioned to them about it.
As they were both no longer under warranty I didn't expect them to do anything about it.
I was wrong as I got a message asking for the serial number of the 3GS and model of the iPhone 4.
He said he would send replacement tops for them in the post ASAP.
Today I got 2 replacements for each cover total 4 in all for no charge. It cost them nearly $40 just to send it to me from the States to Scotland so I
can't thank them enough for this. That is the way to treat customers for sure and just thought I would share this here.
