Its just a tactic used by invaders to dehumanize the targeted people. It always works.

There are no "chosen" people. If america keeps brown nosing israel, this will cast us in a even more negative light. Are we affraid of israel? Is that what it is?

Even tho Hamas are fighting for multiple reasons, Hamas does not represent the Palestinians... However, You have to choose between 2 evil.

How much more land do Israel need to satisfy their puny population?

The whole massacre can be stopped by Israel in a minute, they refused to do so. Who will right, because 100% they will have the least damage due to their Army and weaponry.

Theres probably some other good analogies out there as well. Maybe the Civil Rights movement? Difference there being that Blacks were taken from their land. With the Palestinians, their land was taken from them.

What is/are "Blacks"? Are you trying to say Africans? They were not taken, they were sold, mostly by their own people. Some by french settlers.

Israel has given back large areas of land over the years, that could have been used as a buffer zone, that they took durring wars that others started.

The whole "massacre" can be stoped in a minute? You mean it will all stop when Jews leave or are wiped out.

Also what sort "military" minds fire rockets into a nation as well armed as Israel? And then cry about Israel protecting themselves? And then blame dead people on Israel?

What don't you understand about a lot of Native Americans living the best of both worlds? There is no comparison to what Palestinians endure! None. I think it's awesome my Native American friends have taken advantage of the best of both worlds. I am just saying, they have the luxury of doing so. No matter where they live, they can always draw on tribal funds.........yes, they can.

I do get a kick out of people who brag how the Indians get all that free federal health care but are so adament that they don't want it for themselves. And with good reason.

Would you rather Israel not use the laser guided missiles?
Would you rather them do as the Hamas and just fire amongst those they see as the enemy, killing WHOMEVER happens to be in the direct line of their rockets?
They use laser guided missiles to take out their targets with the least amount of collateral damage. Hamas does not care who or what they hit and kill, as long as it is an Israeli.
Not exactly sure what your rub is but perhaps you should take your own advice and............

Your opening statement about Israel being the number one roadblock to peace in the ME is absolutley correct.

If I walked into a predominatley black neighborhood and opened up a "White Power" or KKK community center, should I be surprised when I get my window smashed in?

No one in the ME wanted or currently wants Israel to be there. I don't know about you, but I'm not about to walk into a party where I'm hated.

The people living there now are European refuges, and there has been DNA evidence to support that. They have more in common with Europeans than the people that continued to live in what is now Israel.

Yes, the Jewish population migrated and set up shop in Europe a long time ago. The Palesinians just stayed put.

Here's an example:

I grew up in this house on a hill. I really liked that house as a kid. Unfortunatley my folks made us move across the country when I was 8. Well, now that I'm 30, I want to move back into that house.

I go up to the door with some armed guys and kick out the current occupants and put them in the storage shed out back. People begin to ask me why I would do this?

I tell them that I was born in that house, and it's my heritiage and right to live there again.

Then we add into the mix that the neighborhood has changed -- and I am surrounded by people that hate me.

Every now and then the people I kicked out throw rocks at my windows -- occasionally breaking one here and there. I decide I've have enough and set fire to the storage shed, and expect my allies from miles away to come running with more napalm.

This is essentially a simplified "ME Politics for Dummies 101"
