Native American Indians & The People of Palestine......One in the same..And it's a damn shame.

I am not going into an anti Israel rant with this post. I'm against the sheer oppression of people. Irregardless of who they are. I detest Israel and all that nation stands for. They are the number one reason there's no peace in the Middle East. Israel want ever let there be peace.

The people of Palestine are just like the Native American Indians. Forced off their lands. Forced into a christian name and christian doctrine of doing things ( supposedly because it was the right way). Paleistinians are just being crushed. We allmost erradicated those savage American Indians, Israel is to the point of erradicateing the Paleistinians. The Indians lived off the land... The palestinians eat anything they can, as Israel has them locked down like a prison.

The simularities are scary. I'm sick of Israel. I'm sick of their whine. I'm sick of their lies. I'm sick of their lack of moral character toward any one. Hey" Israel... Your crap dooe stink, I can smell it all the way here in N.C.
If the world keeps letting this nation get away with the crimes they gey away with, when they turn that erradication eye toward us... what will we do? Trust me.If you don't think Israel would nuke us back to the stone ages if we got in their way.. You have been living under a rock.

I would suppose the Palestinians would end up with a few roadside stands and a casino or two in that mecca called The Middle East. American Indians & People of Palestine... One in the same on that road to erradication.
Israel is the " Great Satan" the Muslims claim them to be. Their actions present and past paint that picture. All the amount of whining and story changing aint gonna work for them any more. Interesting analogy.

Theres probably some other good analogies out there as well. Maybe the Civil Rights movement? Difference there being that Blacks were taken from their land. With the Palestinians, their land was taken from them.

No one owns the land though, as my native friend explained.

We just occupy it temporarily and whoever has the most might ends up being the current tenant.

Point is, its no ones land technically.
Therefore we should consider learning how to share.

From what I have seen, life is what you make it and there really is no comparison with the two groups. The U.S. is not bombing nor oppressing native americans or vise versa. I can live where I want, we all can. I can work where I want and I go where I want. I see zero correlation.

I too am heartbroken when I see people being hurt, abused, and or killed all in the name of ???? Whatever? There is no excuse for murder and or war. Its sickening and I do understand your mixed emotions.

Well, other than the fact that the Native Americans initially welcome the Europeans, whom they had no prior history with at all, and helped them fight in wars right up until the end of the 19th century and quite possibly would not have lost their land had it not been for infections, such as smallpox - I see exactly what you are saying.

Even if there was not a Nation of Israel, there would still be fighting in the Middle East.
There is always fighting in the Middle East.

Life IS what you make it.... however the Op is simply stating that what happened to the Native Americans is happening in the middle east today. They couldn't MAKE them self stay in their home. They couldn't make their reality..... at all. The Palestinians are no different. They cannot make peace happen with war raging on them.

My Grandmother was full blooded Cherokee. She was pushed from her land as well.... it really wasn't that long ago when she watched her siblings raped and murdered... over ???? land.

Maybe some natives felt oppressed, which is provable, while others didnt feel oppressed, which is also provable.

Well, the situation over there pretty much sums up how the world is run today :

- abusing the weak
- media manipulation
- divide and conquer
- widespread corruption
- fear tactics

And we awe that to people that put money above human life.

The worst thing is that......these israeli's are supposedly no strangers to ethnic cleansing.....and oppression.....even a dog learns twice.......but israel must have forgotten how it feels to be put through this pain of being driven away from your home, continously bombarded with far more advanced weapons.....and treated like scum.

What a shame, i dont know if the native indians had it as bad as the palestinians but they both go their land ripped away from them.....

I have nothing against israeli's in general.....there are a lot of them who sympathize...

But a select few of them (israeli's) respresent the worst evil this world has ever seen.

Oh yeah sure, like the natives never had wars amongst themselves over land. They never kidnapped and killed other natives from other tribes over cultural and territorial differences. They took land in the same manner from someone else too, that crap happened every where in the world ...conquering. Whats your point?

So just because it has happened before its PERFECTLY fine to happen again, like we should get used to it?

I mean its a natural thing right? you'd think society should have progressed far enough now for us to take a stand and prevent such tragedies instead we openly accept it, because it has happened before and its 'normal' for land to be stolen, people to die in the process, and tryanny to prevail.

Also, having grown up around Natives, they really aren't too bitter about it i feel like. And you don't see them launching rockets at people who had nothing to do with it. Besides, do you have any idea what kind of benefits they get? It's about 400 metric f*cktons.
