Russia will back Egyptian efforts to end Israeli aggression: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country will back Egyptian efforts to put an end to the Israeli aggression in the besieged Gaza Strip.


In a telephone conversation with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi on Friday, Putin said Russia planned to support Cairo's efforts directed at normalizing the situation in the Palestinian territory, the Kremlin said in a statement.


The remarks come after Egypt’s Prime Minister Hisham Qandil visited the Gaza Strip on Friday, where he urged the world leaders to stop Tel Aviv’s attacks.

Many will just see this as more saber rattling but this is escalating and the agenda to bring much wider conflict to the region is seemingly advancing every day now.

How long can the world sit back and allow Israel to carry out these attacks against civilians?

Some 25 people have been killed and more than 250 others injured in the new wave of attacks since November 14.

The Israeli regime frequently carries out airstrikes and other attacks on the Gaza Strip, saying the acts of aggression are being conducted for defensive purposes. However, in violation of international law, disproportionate force is always used and civilians are often killed or injured.

America and her allies have funded the Israeli regime, made her the most powerful military in the region, even supplying nuclear weapons.

Then the west allowed their puppet dictatorship which was allied with Israel to fall in Egypt, therefore exposing Israel to aggression from a wide range of countries- Syria, Iran and now Egypt.

Of course, that was the long term plan in bringing this world to another major conflict.

isreal needs to calm down

these are stern warnings

no one had a problem with escalating in syria

but to string egypt along in false peace talks was a wrong move

america has an official position...which is too support isreal......that does not mean america are happy with netanyahu...but they have a duty to the population of isreal and its security

For all we know Israel is bombing itself and calling it HAMAS attacks. Just like the USA bombed itself and called it terrorist attacks. The apple does not fall far from the tree.

So now Russia is going to support the Muslim Brotherhood as well?

Isn't that similar to what many were dragging the US over the coals about and declaring American Hypocrisy when it didn't support Mubarak and supposedly allowed the Democratic process take hold and the Egyptians seem to have chose that line to have a major role in the New Government?

So let's see here.

The US supports the Evil Jews in Israel. Russia supports Assad who is butchering his own people fighting elements of the Muslim Brotherhood yet turns right around and supports those very same people over in Egypt.

Where's the outcry over that?

countries like egypt can easily be taken away with any wind that blows

to like and support them....as well as...to war with them

russia are just capitalising on an oppurtunity

egypt is most definatly an american asset....by unconditionally supporting isreal we can easily temporarily lose countries like egypt, saudi etc

When it comes to countries such as Russia who backed other countries aggression historically speaking from Vietnam to all the current agression by their allies in the middle east.

Lets clear up the BS surrouding the sainthood of Russia

The preferred weapons of choice that has killed more civilians accross this globe the weapon in the hands of those so called "freedom fighters" and jihadist alike

That has killed more people more civilians that Isreal or that most vilified US is the ak-47,rpgs.

Russia is no where near close to caring about people or those countriies civilians because if they were they would not sell them arms, from guns,rpgs, to attack helicopters, to chemcial weapon support to nuclear support.
