I can't speak Japanese, but I can speak drunkish, Its worked in Germany, Mexico and Canada so I'm guessing I could speak to him too. You just take a flask out of your jacket pocket take a swig and offer and you make a friend.

Haha, I haven't had one of those days/nights in a long time. Good video


On a side note though: Its pretty sad that they had to dedicate news time to do a report on it. I'm so sure there was absolutely nothing more important to dedicate a reporter and time to.
