My comments were directed at the blatant blanket statement made by the politician, not the judge.

If he determined, as per evidence that it was a factor in these crimes, than of course the ruling isn't the result of racism or xenophobia.

Thank you. The judge is not an xenophobe for stating facts.

Perhaps Tory MP Kris Hopkins is also not a xenophobe for stating the following if it is also a fact?

The ‘vast majority’ of child abusers in this country are white, he added. ‘But we should not get away from the fact that gangs of Muslim men are going round and raping white kids at this moment in time.

In other news,
Gangs of MEN are going around raping KIDS in the UK.

Doesn't really pack the same punch does it?

After reading just the headline I find myself hating Muslims just a little bit more than I already did.
Thanks MSM.

God damned Muslims!
They'll get what's commin' to 'em someday!!

Most rapes are actually done by Muslims. This is a fact as the statistics show that along with other immigrants, they do the most raping. They believe it is their religious right to rape unveiled foreign women.

Every rape is Norway a few years ago was committed by Muslims ffs.

Please stop branding people a 'racist' at every turn just because race is involved. It is not cool to be an anti-racist on your scale because it is clearly blinding your judgment and the issue here.

I just have an issue with him stating plural, as there is only apparently a single gang. He makes it sound like this happens everyday down at the local mosque or something.

I dunno, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth is all.

It is racist and bigoted to identify the Norwegian shooter as Norwegian. Less than 1 in three Norwegian people even own a gun. Less than 0.00001% of the Norwegian population has ever shot anyone. Yet you refer to the shooter as 'Norwegian'.

Would you have mentioned his ethnic background if he had been a Muslim?

I suspect not.

Yet you are happy to tar the 4,951,999 Norwegians who have never shot anyone, with the same brush.

Enough of this xenophobia against Norwegians.

The reason I call him the "Norwegian shooter" is because I was too lazy to look up the correct spelling of his name

And it's pretty obvious that the "shooter" part in that name is the bad thing

You make a valid point. However what isn't in contention is that the Rochdale Muslim child abuse gang was ignored for years by the police and social services due to 'political correctness'.

The MP has stated that this is happening again in relation to further gangs of child abusers who are not being brought to justice due to the fact that they are Muslim.

Apparently to say so makes him a xenophobe?

It is sad that political correctness is held to be more important than protecting children from sex abuse.

Even more sad that his aggressiveness isn't protecting ALL children of England, from Rapists.

His need to demonize one group is a form of political agenda.

Its really that clear.

Maybe it's just me, but I've spent quite a bit of time amongst Indians and Pakistani's, there is a definate visual difference, just like you can tell the difference between a Frenchman and an Englishman, or a German... I don't know, but I am pretty good at telling where people are from based solely on their looks.

Stu, I've already explained where I live. There's a massive Asian population up here and I also work part-time in a hospital where there's a large Asian demographic; it's not like I've not spent quite a bit of time amongst Indians and Pakistanis! Also, the artificial partition between Pakistan and India is less than 60 years, that's nothing in genetics terms, I'm not convinced it's long enough to make differences large enough to be blatantly noticeable.

So by the same token, if an MP states

"Muslim men are going round and raping white kids"

it is pretty obvious that it is the "men are going round and raping white kids" which is the bad thing

After all, you can't have it both ways you.

If identifying Muslim child abusers as Muslim is unfairly tarring all Muslims with the same brush, then calling the "Norwegian shooter" Norwegian is unfairly tarring all Norwegians with the same brush.

It's not just the UK. I was reading this earlier today.

Zenophobic or not, this is BS. The PC police/libtards want us all to kowtow to these animals. Not gonna happen in my neck o' the woods.

If you really wanted to protect ALL children of England, from Rapists, a good place to start would be to target the religious group that is 13 times more likely to sexually abuse children and who are still being protected by political correctness.

Its a little bit like firemen targeting houses that are on fire.

Hello Oll, I think the dispute is in the *extent* to which Muslim men are responsible for child abuse in the UK and specifically England.

From what I gather from your posts, you hold the opinion that child-abuse (against white kids) is endemic amongst the Muslim population. I'm a little slow on the uptake sometimes so forgive me if I'm coming across as uninformed or plain stupid, your other comments seem to suggest that 'political correctness' is also responsible for covering up and allowing Muslims to engage in these activities.

Have I got that right?

You see, *if* that's your position on the subject, I disagree with you.

The Rochdale case is evidence of a group of Muslim males abusing girls. It isn't evidence that most, many or all Muslim males are either abusing girls or even endorsing such behaviour.

You could check out the links in my earlier post and compare my position with yours. Chances are I've completely misunderstood the statistics in the links and you seem like someone who could set me straight.

I think I've nailed my colours firmly to the mast in this thread so I've no agenda here, however, I have to point out that there are indeed plural gangs committing sex crimes up here. There was another trial this summer where three or four Muslim lads from Rochdale repeatedly raped a teenager in a house and filmed the incident.

There's another Rochdale case that goes to trial at the end of this month on a similar scale to those convicted earlier this year.

There's been some others that suddenly disappear off the radar too, despite going to court (I've a mole in the local court system). Although, to be fair, a lot of these trials seem to get moved to Liverpool's crown court for some reason rather than appearing at Manchester so they go beyond what I can glean through my insider.

That said, considering the size of the Muslim population up here, I still don't think this is genuinely reflective of the wider Muslim population.

Are you talking about Islam, the Catholic Church, or the Protestant one?

You have it as a singular group.

That appears to be the MPs contention.

According to a number of posters, it is xenophobic to state so.

The MP's comments are very clear.

Hopkins said too often people would not speak out on the issue for fear of being branded a racist. "It is important to say that not all British Pakistani men are child abusers," he said. "The vast majority of child abusers in this country are white."

"The demographics say that they will be white, but we should not get away from the fact that gangs of Muslim men are going round and raping white kids at this moment in time.

He added: "That is an horrendous thing to say, but it is the fact of what is happening."

Hopkins also said that there was a problem of Muslim men thinking that women dressed in Western clothes that were more revealing than traditional dress, including a veil, were "available" for sex.

"That behaviour by some Muslim men towards western women needs to be challenged," he said.
