Clearly you have no idea why we use white phos in munitions and pyrotechnics. They provide night time illumination on operations and instant smoke to
cover movement. The mortar white phos round can kill but is mostly used in tactical withdrawls for smoke.. However what is the difference between a
bullet, a knife, a bomb? Dead is dead whatever the weapon..
Thats not how it was used in cast lead though Evan-it was used in built up civilian areas,resulting in lots of deaths.
Similar to how the US used the same stuff in Fallujah-in that way,its effects are more like that of a chemical munition,killing by horrific burns,and
effects of the gases it emits.
There are videos of it being used on the web,and the resultant effects.
