Navy shelling again... It's 4am in Gaza!!

I guess we'll have to wait till daylight to see what that bright light is!

Woah getting some either gun fire or rocket missile fire going off in the last 2 mins.

It was very sporadic, and short bursts. It COULD have been them firing on a UAV as it passed over head. I'm not hearing any since then.

I've heard several launched that I could not see, but I have also seen many launched while watching the live stream.

I haven't heard it either but at the same time the bombs sorta blocked out any sound of them.

Ok, that sounds like a large aircraft. It's a single engine, but it's big. I'm gonna say that's a Heron.

So Hamas wants an end to the blockade as a precondition for a cease-fire....

I'm sorry, it's inappropriate to laugh at such a time, but that precondition is laughable. Hamas will only use the removal of the blockade to bolster their armory. Why on earth would Israel ever agree to that?

So it's not difficult to predict Israel's response. Though, let me make one comment. What a clever tactic! I mistook Hamas for being careless - which they of course are in regard to human life - but starting an issue with Israel and then 'begging' for a cease-fire, as CNN has on their front page, certainly creates the perception that Israel is just mindlessly hammering away at enemy that wants to 'put up the white flag'.

Unfortunately, the removal of the blockade essentially amounts to a TEMPORARY cease-fire until Hamas is more adequately equipped to take on the IAF.

All I can hear is a chant/prayer ??? On Bambueser. Did anyone else hear that? Is that normal @ 4 am???

No. The Occupied cam is Usually the RT feed, which is Russia Today, not Reuters. But nonetheless, both RT and Reuters have feeds of cameras in Gaza City and at the border.
