Thank you for this information, while I do agree with you I can't help thinking that somebody else might have rammed his head into the wall. That would still make the story a lie though.

Thanks LEL01.

I must say that IF Holmes did commit the shooting in the theater WITHOUT an accomplice then Law Enforcement has done the worst job ever in communicating information to the public and/or the media which would advance the notion that Holmes was the shooter. If one was to examine the official information in the form of statements and other information releases by law enforcement or the University, a clear pattern is evident: contradictory statements about everything from the details of Holmes' arrest, the evidence linking him to the crime and Holmes' behavior at the University. This is tremendously disturbing to me on many levels.

That was a short listen, I was expecting it to be longer. Thats not what I heard at the time but this could be an earlier part of the same thing.
I found this in the transcripts.....01:13:07 I’ve got one victim eviscerated.
I had to look up the meaning for eviscerated, wish I hadn't.
Nothing about this adds up, I wish I could see that video. Do you know if it was posted in one of the original threads because there was one blocked in my country somebody posted another link to that worked, it was quite a long video.

Yes, if he did this and alone then I have to go back to my firefly comment.
In the UK we just had a good example of how police can change statements and keep it quiet for years, so not even witness statements can be trusted.
Is there still a gag order on this case? Silly question. Please keep us updated thanks.

In the depths of the criminal justice system, no one can hear you scream. As to his 'defenders,' they are probably the most insistent that he plead guilty, that his case is hopeless and the best he can get is life in prison if he cops a plea. They are government employees, and they will do what they are told.

Okay... I'd imagine it a bit differently myself. I'm going to bet his defenders are working as hard as they can on an insanity defense and you know? Of all the scumbags I've seen in the headlines and news stories attempt to hide behind that defense, I think we may actually see one here that legitimately requires it. It ought to mean he's away for life anyway. Hinkley only shot Reagan and didn't even kill him....he's still institutionalized over it. This guy is never getting out, we agree there. The question is now, will it be solitary for life (general population for him would be a death sentence I'm thinking) or will it be a institutional setting with Dr's of the type he'd wanted to become himself? Irony of all to that ending I guess.

Personally, I'm not sure it wouldn't have been better for everyone if he'd fought them in the parking lot and just been shot on the spot. He hasn't been helpful since being arrested anyway and no help to the bomb he turned his apartment into...so nothing would have really been lost. The ONLY downside to that outcome would have been legion of conspiracy theorists who literally couldn't be given answers after that ending.

Well supposedly I had originally heard, when it happened. That he plotted this whole thing according to the guy's manifesto that shot 77 people on an island last year. However, the difference being, this guy did surrender to police (like Holmes supposedly did) but he didn't feel guilty about it all and enjoyed it. Even in court, he spoke and said he wasn't sorry for doing it and will do it again when he gets out. Now you have a guy like Holmes...1 hearing of him and he couldn't say anything, let alone understand where he was...and then they stop showing him in court. This first video seemed like a ploy to get the world to believe he is insane and then decide we shouldn't see anymore because he is in fact insane and we shouldn't think anything else about it.

There is a weird relationship between him and his psychiatrist and even read that this relationship was in fact staged and faked by the media. But I don't know if that is the case or not. You can find rare videos of people around the city being interviewed by the media and noting they hung out with Holmes days before the shooting (met at a bar). None of which said he was weird (he was supposedly a cool guy) and did not have orange hair.

As for that documentary video, I don't think there are any others since this case isn't all that old. However, if you search around on YouTube for James Holmes conspiracy or documentary you'll find a few good ones.

Some other strange occurrences:

-Witnesses reported multiple shooters, multiple gas cans from different angles, others with guns, others opening doors. Police under 24 hours were dead set it was only Holmes.

-No video tapes said to be taken or shown in anyway, they simply believe he confessed and that is it.

-No police at the theater. It was said police were volunteering every night to oversee the theater after previous gang-related? shootings occurred on the property. No one was there on the biggest movie night of the year?

-Woman stands up in court and says she has vital information on the case. Media, immediately let her off without releasing any information she had. And the defense decided not to speak with her. Turns out this woman worked, at one point for a very big pharmaceutical company.

-Contradicting media explanations that Holmes confessed in prison vs. Holmes doesn't know where he is at and says he should be released.

-Weeks later reports that he had just broken up with his girlfriend?

-Theaters refused to respond to any outside calls about cameras being in the theater.

-Asian guy who threatens to kill police if they do not let Holmes go, exclaiming he is innocent, disappears, then is taken into custody very briefly and released.

Why was he looking for a new apartment? And why do many witnesses speak of seeing him in these bars but the article below says they removed all association with him to that bar?

This is the truth but not just in criminal justice, I can only speak from an English point of view but when your legal guy tells you "you have to play the game" you begin to see that the truth is not so important to them as it should be.
Holmes doesn't have any chance of winning this even if he is innocent, unless he gets his mind and memory back.

You're talking about man vs the World. You cannot and will not be able to prove your innocence even if you show you remember what happened. Because, if the government is responsible. The media will make people believe he is insane as they already are and that such a conspiracy theory is completely paranoid. They'd probably pay some psychs to prove it as well.

I think the only way to prove his innocence is if the evidence is released, including tapes and other documents they are withholding. And even then, there can be edits, and the media can play it off however they are supposed to and/or paid to. There is tons of proof about September 11, video evidence, everything but the media doesn't expose that = the majority don't see the lies.

Check this news report out- at the end they mention this woman standing up an saying she had information vital to the defense and also for the victims and their families. The judge told her to 'call the public defenders office' and she was escorted from the room- why then, are the defense refusing to meet her?

www.youtube.com...

"A woman stands up at the James Holmes hearing, saying she has "information vital to the defense" and that the defense team is refusing to meet and hear her information. Also, the defense was complaining that they haven't had access to hardly any basic evidence, even though the state is required by Colorado law to provide discovery within 20 days of charges being filed."

Strange, no?

Her name from the media is Allison Michelle Ernst

"Thirty-five minutes into the hearing, a woman with a shaved head wearing a red dress and holding a spool of blue ribbon stood up and began shouting out from the back of the courtroom that she had information “vital” to the defense’s case.

Before being escorted out of the courtroom by two deputies, the judge asked her name, she identified herself as Allison Michelle Ernst (correct spelling unknown). Holmes didn’t look over at her or seem to notice.

Defense attorney and former prosecutor Karen Steinhouser, an expert not involved with the Holmes’ case, believes that while the information is of great interest to the public, it may be too soon in the investigation process to release any details."

BLUE RIBBION?

Her real name is Allison Van Heusen: gym303.com...

Bald woman in red dress appears in 0:53 of this video (on the left side on bench):

Also look up Jennifer Gallager, the nurse who mysteriously died while swimming a little bit after the shooting. BTW, she was a nurse at the Aurora hospital helping victims that night.

I've stood in court and held my own ground against the most evil of British liars and came out of it with my reputation intact, athough it wasn't anything like this. If I can do that, I'm sure James Holmes as he was before could have done a better job than I did, not the way he is now though.
I,ve found The James Holmes Conspiracy on youtube, it will take me a while to get through all the information but I already found that there could have been as many as three shooters.
Thanks for the links, this is the first time i've seen the woman in the red dress.

ETA. I see where my thinking is wrong because this was done to him for a reason, he was well set up.

Well it's interesting how this conspiracy ties extremely well to how Obama wants to take away the 2nd amendment / setting up for NWO. During the same day this shooting happened, the same exact scenario was played out as an exercise near Aurora. Weeks later another shooting at a Temple, it just doesn't make sense. Plus some dude just arrested for planning to carry out a shooting at a Twilight premiere, and this dude got caught. Sounds like a copy cat of Holmes.

I've just seen a video saying the same thing about the NWO, I didn't watch it to the end because he started talking about how you couldn't kick in the fire exit door. I figured he didn't have the whole story right.
Do you know if Holmes is still in the hospital? It must be nearly a week now.

ETA. Did you mean a copy cat or another set up?
I'm just hearing of another shooting, this is a school bus for heavens sake.

Here is another piece of information I found that relates to his suicide attempt. Another released inmate is confessing to speaking to Holmes during his suicide attempt. He says Holmes asked him to write letters apologizing and told him that Holmes was hypnotized with NLP tactics to kill.

blogs.westword.com...

And I meant this person seemed like a copy-cat wanting to start a massacre in a theater. Luckily his mother found out and notified the authorities.

I'm really not sure what to make of that, they seem to be trying hard to discredit that Unruh guy from the start.
I don't trust that they printed whatever it was he said to them. How could Holmes confess to something he couldn't even remember? Would he have known there was kids involved and how would the other inmates know what was going on at that point?
This story isn't ringing true to me, when Holmes was in court that first time, did you notice any signs that he had been punching the wall or bashing his head on the wall?
If this Unruh has something to say he needs to get on line and say it himself, its the only way to get the truth out.

That guy sounds like the classic red herring. Throw the whole 'mind control' thing out there and then discredit it. Soon they will release info that the informant wasn't even on the same floor of the jail, or not there at the same time, etc., totally destroying his story. Then whenever the mind-control subject comes up, the average person will think "Oh yeah, I heard about that. That was that liar -dude in the jail. Programming? Suuuuure.... ."
