You want to see your ego? You're all idiots, pathetic, useless, scumbags, waste of humans

These ego threads always end up the same- with some people claiming they are enlightened or wise,
insulting the other and claiming the other is the ego, or unelightened one.

Seems to me, the best way to get rid of that nasty smelly ego is to project it on someone else!

You should have stated "the wife" thereby breaking the construct of ownership of our significant other.
Seriously though try opening your mouth when she looks st the mirror and says " do you think I'm putting on weight?"

In a way: an insult is a blessing.
It let's us feel that egoic rush, and we can see that the good old ego is alive and well.

Can we resist confrontation, and reply in a gentle manner ?
