Isn't AC totally under water and or destroyed by said water? The casinos are open?

I'm currently sitting on the boardwalk, all the casinos are open, they did an amazing cleanup, but you can see places that do have some damage, some of the casino lighted signs are damaged and some damage to the boardwalk, they reopened the place last week
