This is a thread for snowboarders ha ha. .....

I was thinking of buying a new board. Can anyone make some recommendations? Mostly for cruising in the mountains, not so much jumps or park???

i ride Rome solution and i love it, its an all mountain board. i have been using it for 3 years and i love it..

also they have that new mange-traction tech now with (GNU & banana board) witch has a new edge six different points of contact instead of two, people say that on ice it feels like powder but i never tried it. here's more info on that : magne-traction

That's pretty weird. I've never seen that before. I guess it make some sense when you think about how it feels when you hit ice, you could slide out, but if those groves catch it it might allow you to more easily retain your balance.
