Rossi is still promising a 1MW plant.

And now that he is saying it's in the US... That would be news to the authorities seeing as I already covered him lying to them. Claiming a nuclear reaction and trying to sell it has a tendency to alarm regulators. Thank god for him they realized his heater is about as useful as a tea kettle.
