The entire premise of this thread is basically the philosophy of the main character of that movie. Maybe even where the OP was taken from. I know about that movie since there was a thread about it and its occult symbolism.

I very much appreciate your view and enjoyed your post!
I share your vision of these parts of ourselves as not inert objects, but growing, moving, changing, parts of our minds and bodies, so the metaphor of plants suits me best too.

But it is possible that another doesn't percieve them that way, or that he/she is refering to different concepts than we are, in referencing cinderblock or bricks! Sometimes we aren't understanding each other as well as we think....

Holy cow tread? What did I miss? Went to bed and boom! lmao. That stalone character tried to bait me by telling me I stole this from a movie. Which I did not, but seems bluesma let him have it. Is that what happened? You had to pull some "weeds", I guess.
