Actually this would be illegal for 2 different standpoints.
1-in 1869 the Supreme Court ruled in Texas v White that when Texas and other states joined the United States that they entered into an "an indissoluble relation." The ruling stated that it could only happen with a mutual consent of the state and the federal government.
I seriously doubt the federal government would allow it.
2-There are also some questions on the constitution in multiple places. Article 6 Section 3, Article 1 Section 10, and Article 4 Section 3

If they somehow did leave, I would also want them to pay for 100% of all federal government equipment and land. Not sure if Texas could pay for the NASA base and still keep their economy

I hardly think that a state such as Louisiana would be missed anyways to be honest if it left!!


Is there anything worthy about the state of Louisiana anyways?
I cannot think of a single thing worthy from them or any of their bordering states that is of any worth to America anyways.

I was thinking the same thing. Of course, TX is the only state which can legally secede, so they need a violent overthrow to do it anyway, but if they do, at least the rest of us won't have to continue to support them. It would be funny if they did, how fast they'd be calling for foreign aid from us.

I say we let them go, then invade and take all the resources, secure the ports, and turn them into a vassal state. (not really, but I wonder if they had thought about their lack of money and lack of military power.

It very well could be true. The state of Mississippi had 2 runners for governor one which was being slandered for wanting to allow in activists courts circumventing the The Supreme Court, federal, state and the laws regarding the "people" who held the powers. He was wanting to go after the Banksters and Politicians. Could he have been part of one of the firms that make up the Spire Law Groups Case against the banksters and politicians???

The Mississippi Election for the Office of the Governor scared me a little.

The last time we did that farmers banded together because the Government thought that just because they declared independence from them did not mean that they did not have to pay taxes. They sent their soldiers and we defended ours. As a show of force, there was some president, cough cough, told his people that we were keeping black people as slaves.

We were using black families as farm hands. We were also giving them food and shelter. Half the time there was nothing to do but watch the crops grow. Infact there are many many more black people fighting for the south than for the north. Down here we have many pictures of civil war soldiers Confederate and black. Yankees are lied to this day and it surprises me how daft people can be.

I have black friends with ties to VOLUNTEER SERVITUDE that date back to before the civil war. Who has family who fought in the civil war. Black friends who fly the rebel flag proudly. I would not fly it up north though. They dont understand that it is OUR FLAG. It is in our flag there for it is our flag.

Yankee education though. Think they know everything. We just sit there. Yes sir, no sir. Lets go to the field road and talk bout what were thinkin girl.
