facebook ads used for propaganda?

Normally I don't give much attention to the ads section on facebook, most of the time it's for some christian dating site ad, or then next "best flash game in the world" and crap like that. I happened to glance over there a few minutes ago and this is what I see......



Who would pay for a flu shot ad? The only thing I could come up with is the government or the company that manufacture the shot for canada. Anyone else seen ads like that? Personally I am surprised companies like viagra and pharma drugs aren't all over there yet

True, but propaganda won't work on me anyways. I am more worried about others
