Originally posted by camaro68ssSo how can we fix this…. We cant. The system will collapse because of this redistribution, nanny state philosophy that the majority of American now believes in, if they know it or not. The only thing you can do now is prep and get ready for what I call the 2nd dark ages and hope you make it to the other side. Once the fallout is over we then rebuild America back to its founding’s, back to its constitution of free markets, self-reliability, charity, and your un alienable right provided by god of liberty, freedom, and your pursuit to happiness.

Good luck out there folks….We are in for some really hard times, and if you don’t believe it, your dreaming.

You are quite right camaro68ss. There is no fixing this. You done an eloquent job of describing our state. And now that we are finally neck deep in do do , is there anyone out there that is ready to find out what God is going to do with this nation and his people in it? Is there finally room in any hearts for that wisdom? or are we still kicking against the pricks as we saddle up to our stocks? Maybe we are not softened up enough yet for the desire to know. Maybe we still can't see that there is no hope. It takes all kinds to make a mess such as ours.
I can give you that knowledge for i have been called to explain it. I know. But i do not wish to cast pearls before people that will not appreciate it or take note. Are we ready yet? I would give the sacrifice of fools for just one interested person. I would withstand the ridicule for just one out there that cares to know.

USA may have "crossed the Rubicon" but personally I don't think it has a thing to do with this last election. I don't think anything would change regardless of who won since they were both backed by the same financiers. How can you honestly expect there to have been any difference? I also don't believe in "lesser of two evils". Evil is evil. Again, they would have both furthered the exact same agenda. Desperateness and hopeless have caused people to believe that there is some glimmer of hope in one candidate or the other depending on their personal wishes but there really is none. The entire thing is a fraudulent show providing, as Carlin said, "the illusion of choice".

Actually a trade war is EXACTLY what we need! It will bring back jobs to america, stop overseas corporate imperialism like forcing cheap labor, increase revenue for the government indirectly(many people choose to buy foreign merchandise), lower taxes.

Think again my friend!

The jews in wall street will tell everyone otherwise....

Are you saying Obama is responsible or all the debt? Did you know Romney wanted to move retirement from 62 to 69, get rid of Unions, Minimum-Wage, and free health care? Tell me something about Obama that shows he has done some wrong, otherwise you have to accept that large messes take a lot of money to recover. He is putting money in education, so now our society will be more intelligent, thus making better life-choices, and helping us create some small businesses and get ourselves out of debt. Do something about it, not rely on one person to do it for you. Do you buy American Made products? If not,...

I would say that religion has much to do with our problems. It galls me that people keep forcing religion into politics. The founding fathers had enough foresight to include separation of church and state because they probably saw this as a possibility. We have not a national religion because we are a melting pot of religions. Religion is farcical but I do not hold that against anyone.

Corporations and banksters are this countries biggest problem as is the growing ignorance. We may be better off if we can do what Iceland is currently doing.

This persons name *Happy Bunny* should say it all... Clueless... I know who he voted for. Obviously.

As Proven by Jay Leno on the Tonight show, Many people don't even know the name of the president.
How sad is that.

Here in Alberta I pay roughly 450.00 bucks a year to Alberta Health and I'm covered for just about everything. Plus on top of that I have health insurance from work which covers the rest.

Are there two Albertas?

Alberta stopped charging for premiums years ago.

Alberta to end health care premiums

In my opinion Romney won. (got the best deal anyway).

I bet after the dust clears he'll wake up and thank his lucky stars that he didn't inherit the mess.

Good luck Obama, your gonna need it.

Give em enough rope as they say.

So what happens in 4 years when none of this happens?

O wait I'm sure you and the ilk here will have something else to grasp onto. This post may have been relevant, pre-election, now this looks genuinely like someone whining about more of the same. Just my personal opinion since many like to sling # around but never own up to it when their wrong. So really what I'm asking is, are you prepared to be wrong?

I'm sorry but...

Not that I was a huge Romney supporter but a vote for him was a vote for the lesser of two evils really

A candidate that makes his religious beliefs (rather crazy beliefs) a priority in his decision making is far from the "lesser of two evils".

Romney still thinks the cold war is happening, he says china is a threat (on all ends), and that Iran IS building a nuclear weapon. He is a war-mongering preacher that had a goal of putting fear into the population.

I don't like obama and what he has done in his first term, but the fact is he was re-elected as the lesser of two evils.

Why do you think international polls of the US election hardly chose Romney as their candidate of choice? Because he is a madman.

I would love to be wrong and I never said it will happen in the next 4 years. All I'm saying is there is no stopping this run away debt train and the people don't want it fix. They showed us that this election.

No. Now is NOT the time to "heal'.

This country is going in opposite directions. And I think it's better that America splits into two sovereign nations.

Those that want maximum government in their lives can do their thing, and those that want minimum government in their lives can do theirs,

Yes, I realize some government is necessary. But the less the better.

But his believes are wrong. They’ve been tried again and again in history and failed every time. I’m not sad he won, I’m sad that the people have lost their county our forefathers fought so hard for.

Romney would have been the same as Obama, there are none differences between the two.

This is the most important topic in the universe right now, bigger than any

Mayan poo poo prophecy, or even Iran getting the bomb.

The Kruschev intro was more prophetic than you may have realized.

Putin is Kruschev reincarnate, an old KGB dog who is stuck in 1987, and

together with China will force the US to collapse.

I also couldn't believe all the young idiots out there without any real knowledge

of life before the internet, who think Obama is a beacon of youthful hope. They

will be crushed by what's coming. We - their parents- can only struggle to

help them across the dark age (almost here! tra la la!) to the other America

waiting for them 20 years from now. The one that reminds us of the agragrian

nation that existed in 1910. Seriously. That's the only way. Apple will have

transferred its remaining assets and employees to China when its home country

fails, because money has no allegiance to country.

Im done. Great topic.

Romney would have sped it up in fact...

Romney would have decreased revenue and increase several key expenditures by five trillion.

Sounds like you are wishing it on America.

Japan holds a much larger portion of Debt to GDP and it's existence is not in question.

If America does not invest in education and in it's infrastructure you might be right, fortunately that is the
agenda of this POTUS.

"America is doomed because Kennedy is a Communist"
