I had a dream last night that something was going to happen with or to the moon that was going to freak everybody out.
My dreams are usually just a conglomeration of nonsense and so disjointed that I can't even articulate them to someone else. Usually, I don't remember my dreams because they all bleed into each other throughout the night and there are no discerning cohesive details.
If I post a dream on ATS, it has to fall within the certain criteria:

1. I still remember it the next morning
2. It seems significant or bothersome in some way.
3. I can easily verbalize what I experienced in my dream.
4. I can't relate the subject of my dream to anything I experienced the previous day-- ie: it doesn't seem to be perpetuated by my previous daytime activities, thoughts or encounters.

For me, personally, just those four criteria whittle the odds down to single digits.

Having said that, this is what I saw in my dream last night:

The first image of the moon I saw had these three golden luminary orbs diagonally accross it. I remember thinking of the arrangements of the pyramids of Giza in respect to Orion's belt when looking up at it. From what I can recall, the orbs could move interdependently of each other and actually moved themselves to be visually placed that way for earth's perspective of our moon.

This is the second image of the moon I saw:

I cannot discern exactly what it meant, but the bleeding effect was more so due to something physical and something incendiary, such as plasma or the incendiary show of a celestial impact of some sort. Regardless of the cause, this was what the visual effect would be from earth's perspective.

Also in my dream, I was speaking with someone whom I verbally told that something was going to happen to the moon, and when I looked up in the dark sky, it was gone. I thought about the moon phases and of the portion of those phases (early new moon) in which the moon seems to briefly disappear and most people don't even notice. That many people are too busy to notice the moon and its phases and its disappearance would simply seem to most people as just being part of that brief new moon phase. But, I knew that it was not.

What sticks out to me most is that people were freaking out more over the visual displays of the moon, than its complete disappearance altogether. More people around the world were in awe and wonder over the phenomenon of lights and attention-grabbing action, than those who gave thought to, or even noticed when it was no longer there.

Personally, I have absolutely no idea what this could literally mean or could symbolically represent. However, I'm posting it for public consideration for anyone who may garner meaning from it.

Hi Girl (I wont call you stupid that's demeaning) That is interesting, i had much the same dream a couple of weeks ago, and i can remember standing there in awe as to was happening.
I have no idea as to what the meaning of the dream was, much as i try. I didn't feel threatened by what was happening though just a sense of awe.
I can see the phases of the Moon since i moved to my new apartment, (Weather permitting of course) i can see it when it rises to virtually when it sets, there is a roof in my way LOL.
Interesting dream you've had there.

A comet is forecast for next November that will likely be brighter than the full moon, and possibly visible during broad daylight! It would probably look similar to your second picture there.

Comet

Don't know about the orbs, unless of course something about the comet impacts some ancient artifacts here on earth, or makes them make sense in some way. Perhaps this comet has been seen before in history, and it will unravel some clues to the pyramids?

So, do you usually have these types of dreams, or do you have Precognitive type of dreams on a regular basis?

No.
For all intents and purposes, the way I would describe my usual dreams would be as my brain's attempt to "defragment" the cumulative time-span of consciousness that transpired since its last unconcious sleep cycle.
Basically, everything that happened to me from the last time I woke up from sleeping to the next time I fell asleep. Everything I thought and experienced, the whole of my awareness and emotion, from one awake period to the next-- all of those little fragments and details filed away accordingly, to keep order and make room for the next awake cycle.

That is how I attempt to explain the typical incoherance of my dreams. Just a bunch of random things that get dumped into my subconcious, in which my poor subconcious has to somehow fit all those random, mundane, miscellaneous things into one cohesive storyline, no matter how nonsensical or idiotic it ends up being. It just has to find a place to stick it so it can be filed away.

And as of late, the last several months, I find that I remember my dreams less and less. I never understood how my husband has always said that he doesn't remember his dreams because all my life, I've always had vivid dreams and remembered at least one, but usually more, each morning when I woke up. However, over the last several months I have begun to understand what he's talking about.

I have also had a handful of dreams over the last several months in which I was given remarkable understanding about something, usually something that I had been pondering for quite some time, and usually something applicable to the "unique" period of time we are living through. However, when I awake, although I vaguely remember the dream, I have no recollection of the revelatory epiphany I had in the dream, nor a specific context of what it was in reference to.
I don't think I'm supposed to conciously remember them, because it seems like the comprehension of these things must first be given to my subconcious to work through. That is the sense that get, anyway.

The "cape" on the moon looks troubling. you think it has something to do with changes coming up (if there are going to be any)?

Yes.
I had a sense of some sort of impending circumstance.

What does your intuition tell you, what first pops to mind?

Intuition is notoriously hard to articulate, as it is more of a feeling rather than an observable method.
However, I would describe my perception in the dream as something that will happen in the near future. Whatever it is, will excite and astound us, it will be something remarkable and historic. So much so, that it will be life-changing for some. For others, it will be a fleeting diversion and then everything will return back to business as usual for them.
Some will understand the significance, but for most, it will only be a brief, albeit spectacular and viral, diversion from their everyday comfort zone of themselves and the world they've built up around them.

Hi Girl (I wont call you stupid that's demeaning)

lol...I chose this name for a specific reason....but that is not the topic of this thread. Many people have an aversion to referring to me as stupid girl, and I find that admirable. I usually tell them to just use SG.
However, there are those certain few who have taken great delight in using my ATS name as a euphemism to express their difference of opinion and disdain for mine.

That is interesting, i had much the same dream a couple of weeks ago, and i can remember standing there in awe as to was happening.

Could you share a description of what your dream entailed? If you can recall and/or put it into words.
Yes, I remember feeling wonder and awe as I looked up at the moon and saw these images. I have also had dreams of late where I look up at the night sky and there are symbols and words, sorta like projected up there.

I have no idea as to what the meaning of the dream was, much as i try. I didn't feel threatened by what was happening though just a sense of awe.

I also don't have express awareness of what this dream means.
However, I have found that when I try to write out my dreams, sometimes I am able to put things into perspective in such a way that I feel like I begin to comprehend parts of the dreams through my frustrated effort of trying to put the experience into descriptive words.

And yes, I totally identify with the feeling you describe for your dream-- not feeling threatened or not being in fear, but more so a feeling of fascination and incredulous awe.

Yes I understand the defrag concept, as I run a computer lab. In fact, this description is what I would give someone else who may not understand the way I think.

Not just you, over the past few years, my dreams have been getting harder to recollect. It may have to do with the new energy flowing around. If you feel it, it can make you very excited to the point where it will be hard to sleep. I use to keep a dream journal, but as of late, writing in it is difficult.

That is usually how it happens at first. Give it to the subconscious, until it can be used, then the mind will bring it to the surface for application. It is almost like, spirits, god, interdenominational beings, what-ever-you-want-to-call-them, give us our mission, or mission parameters, but our "Human" understanding would be confused by the info, because you haven't learned that one concept that will bring it all together, or, it isn't the right time, or, if the info was released too soon it could backfire. Think of this as a program installed on your harddrive during your reboot cycle that will reside in memory until the trigger is set.

I have that same feeling, although I have not had any dreams in regards to it.

More of a knowing, but not sure how you know it, you just do, and should trust it.

I thought as much. There is something around the corner, and some of us will doubt it, others will embrace it, and still others will fight against it.

Yes, I learned about next year's comet a few weeks/months ago. It is gonna be SURREAL!!! I am very much looking forward to seeing it.
The image I saw in my dream was something coming down from the bottom of the moon. In my dream I remember understanding that whatever I was seeing could also be some sort of reflective light, like possibly coming from behind the moon, but only surpassing the bottom edge of the moon, not side or top. Regardless of whatever it actually was, my understanding was more focused toward the idea that this is what it will look like from earth.

Don't know about the orbs, unless of course something about the comet impacts some ancient artifacts here on earth, or makes them make sense in some way. Perhaps this comet has been seen before in history, and it will unravel some clues to the pyramids?

Not sure. For some reason during the first image I saw, I had the understanding that it was somehow related to Giza and Giza to Orion. Somehow this lunar display related to the pyramids here on earth.
The orbs themselves, were more like sentient entities with a conscious intent to create this visual display to be seen from earth.

The first image of the moon I saw had these three golden luminary orbs diagonally accross it. I remember thinking of the arrangements of the pyramids of Giza in respect to Orion's belt when looking up at it.

My dream about the nines (Who or What are the Nines?) you responded in the other day ended up turning my interest (no surprise) to the Egyptians and the Orion star system.

A good amount of my "hallucinations" have included Egyptian mythology as well. I say hallucinations because I doubt my sanity at times. Recently I thought I was "contacted" by the Orion star system. I would describe it but you would not believe me, heck I don't even believe me.

Here is some interesting information about Orion's belt.

Orion has important mythological connections with the journey of humanity. Ancient Egyptians claimed their gods came from the Belt Stars of Orion, which were associated with Osiris. Some believe that the connection between Orion and Earth is created by a blueprint or architectural design following the patterns of sacred geometry. This in turn links with ancient astronauts, and the world world energy grid. Throughout the world there are numerous ancient sites that align with Orion.

the most famous is the Giza Plateau and the layout of the 3 Great Pyramids

the ancient city and pyramid complex of Teotihuacan in central Mexico established in 100 BC.

the layout of the ancient Hopi villages in the American southwest

the Thornborough Henges a neolithic complex in North Yorkshire, England that date from between 3500 and 2500 BC. - this monument complex has been called 'The Stonehenge of the North'.

Orion in History

The configurations of the constellation Orion roughly formed about 1.5 million years ago, because of relative slow movements of stars within the constellation from earth's perspective (especially the belt of Orion), constellation Orion will remain visible in the night sky for the next 1 to 2 million years, making the constellation one of the longest observable constellation parallel to the rise of human civilization. Being so bright and distinctive, the pattern of stars that form Orion were recognized as a coherent constellation by many ancient civilizations, though with different representations and mythologies.

The ancient Sumerians saw this star pattern as a sheep, while in ancient China, Orion was one of the 28 zodiac signs Xiu. Known as Shen its literally meaning is "three", it is believed to be named so for the three stars located in Orion's belt. Chinese Constellations

How on God's green earth does a picture of Halley's comet 'crack it'..?

And why would you suspect that the OP dreamed up such unusual metaphor to convey data on a relatively insignificant physical event - as straightforward an event as a returning comet..?

Wouldn't the whole realm of prophecy/ prediction (by unknown psychic mechanisms) deal in rather less mundane explanations than that of a simple, harmless, returning comet? I think, rather, that we should pay due consideration to the effects upon humanity of a disappearing moon. In addition, we should be much less hasty to dismiss this dream as simple pareidolia in the ethers of the Land of Nod...
