Well at least the 63 million or so voters who checked off Obama the other day can now feel even better knowing some other people in other countries are happy too !!

But we need to wonder why they were so afraid of Romney ?

See who else "likes" Obama.......

The Castro family and large swaths of Latin America breathed a sigh of relief when Obama secured a second term in Tuesday's election.

While they cannot explain exactly why they are relieved -- since Obama did little for them during his first term -- they are confident an Obama presidency will be better for them than a Romney administration would have been.....

On the heels of Obama's re-election, Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said, "Obama must by now know that [the U.S.] has lost the war in Afghanistan" and should pull out U.S. troops accordingly....

Communist Party USA leader Sam Webb, has hailed the election of Party “friend” Barack Obama, as the “dawn of a new era.”

The Party is cock-a-hoop over Obama’s victory, seeing it as both a repudiation of the conservative agenda and an opportunity to move the United States further towards socialism.

From the People’s World:
After a long and bitterly contested battle, the forces of inclusive democracy came out on top yesterday…

An African-American president was re-elected to the office of the Presidency, the Democrats unexpectedly strengthened their hand in the Senate and House, and victories, including big ones for marriage equality, were registered at the state level.

Moreover, the balance of forces – that is, the ground on which people fight going forward – has shifted in a progressive direction. And thanks in large measure goes to what might be the most notable development in this election - the emergence of a multi-racial, male-female, working-class-based electoral coalition that has the potential to transform America in the years and decades ahead.

The Communist Party said a year ago that the 2012 elections would be the main front of the class and democratic struggle, and subsequent events have confirmed that fact.

MOSCOW — Russia expects Barack Obama to show more flexibility in a dispute over U.S. missile defense plans in Europe following his re-election as president, a top official said Thursday.

The controversy over the planned missile shield has strained the relations between the U.S. and Russia. Moscow has rejected Washington’s assurances that the shield is intended to fend off potential missile threats from Iran and voiced concerns that the system could threaten Russia’s nuclear deterrent.............

Don't take this the wrong way and fyi I'm an independent who voted for Gary Johnson. But I believe Obama makes our country look weak. He apologizes for our free speech on the behalf of all Americans, that makes our country look weak. America is the superpower of the world, the only one, no country, no union could compete with us, in terms of land wealth (farming, precious metals, etc), military, or even the greatest scientists, engineers, doctors (though yes i know it might not sound believable but even if they are immigrants, they are still american).

As America loses its place as #1 in the world, other countries may see it as Obama's fault, thus they want him to win. If they put the USA onto equal terms, then the rest of the world doesn't have to accept America's bullying.

I think through these years, we've come to the point where we are becoming more like Europe, and the european union. We've lost the idea of American generosity, American individualism and the American dream. We're putting ourselves onto an equal playing field, losing our power, thats why I think the castros, putin, chavez, and other leaders support him.

If you had a chance to make a bully the same as you. Wouldn't you? You woudln't be bullied anymore, you'd be the same and you can finally have a chance to rise up above the "bully".

Anyway, that's just my interpretation. Sorry if this offends anybody, it is not my purpose to hurt anyone's feelings.
