Now fission, we don't know, give the kid a chance before we make that assessment,

That is how propaganda works though, immediately label him and idiot ad nauseum until everyone believes it.

We can't chose our family.

You also forgot that George senior is connected to the assassination of JFK. That is one scary family. Don't make them mad, you may end up floating in a river or receiving an anthrax letter.

How's that exactly? Obama has had the white house for the last four years and is going to have it four more. It's a democratic administration. The SCOTUS supported Obamacare. NONE of the Bush family is holding any office at all and they haven't for a while now. So how exactly does the Bush family have a stranglehold on our country?

Thank you for that voice of reason! I kept reading post after post about the Bush "stranglehold" on the country, about how they are secretly ruling the country or something, and had the same thought.

It's amazing to me how many people dislike this guy...without knowing much about him as a person. How many of YOU are exactly like your father, grandfather, and great grandfather? How many of YOU want to be judged based on your own merits? Personally, my thoughts and ideas look nothing like those of my grandparents.

I don't recall him being caught up in any of that mess. As a Floridian I thought he did a pretty good job, though the school voucher system is rather questionable. I've even had the pleasure of meeting him a few times, and he always came off as being very sincere and genuine.... but you never know. Really I think he is too much of a moderate for the GOP to consider him as a contender for POTUS, and it's kind of a shame.

Come on folks, give the guy a chance.
Can he really be any worse than our current prez, or his opponent, or his predecessor? Maybe he will be wonderful?

Half the folks on ATS don't even think we'll ever see another Democratic election, and that Obama is our new Monarch.

If we do seen another election, the political landscape will be so much different from what it is today, that it is likely to be unrecognizable. Maybe someone with the political clout and blue blood of a Bush, along with a model-handsome face will be exactly what we need to dig out of whatever new hell we find ourselves in.

WAIT!

Did I just say that? Will he be the suave deceiver that was prophesized? Will he have all the answers, will the country be in such a state to accept just about anything? Will the world back him? Will he usher in the NWO, unification, RFID, peace and prosperity and new slavery? Was it a setup from W's gog-magog to Obama's socialism, to Prescott's NWO?

Maybe it was!

I never labeled him an idiot. I do, however, label him a potential threat because the apple never falls too far from the tree. There hasn't been a Bush yet who has bourne an apple that isn't poisonous to the public that takes a bite. I have read the history of this family, all the way back to their nefarious beginnings. Have you?

Wasn't Jeb the guy that got caught screwing with the vote count? That doesn't sound like a very trustworthy dude if it's the same guy I am thinking of.

Jeb was responsible for throwing the Bush/Gore 2000 election - over to the Supreme Court that is........he also called for martial law in Florida a day or two prior to 9/11 as a part of the overall 9/11 set-up.

Jeb never called for martial law in Florida, and there never was martial law in Florida even after 9/11. There was some lockdown on the military bases, but that is to be expected.

Jeb was a very popular Florida Governor, even after the scandal with his daughters, and even during his brother's disputed presidency.

We disagree ........! But since you seem to favor setting records straight regarding internet information that may be questionable as to its reliability can you tell me if the following is actually true? Forgive me if I am wandering off topic a little, but its still "George Bush" related.

“I don’t give a goddamn,” Bush retorted. “I’m the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way.”
“Mr. President,” one aide in the meeting said. “There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution.”
“Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,” Bush screamed back. “It’s just a goddamned piece of paper!”

Where did this martial law take place? I was here the whole time, I didn't see anything of that nature before, on 9/11 or after. I lived in St. Lucie County at the time, and I can't say anything unusual occurred in that regard. No military in any, way, shape, or form. No rights taken away from individuals, not anything..... I am aware of the executive order you are referring to, but let me assure you, no martial law occurred in Florida.

I really don't see the voting problems that happened in 2000 as Jeb's fault whatsoever. We have had issues in every election since.... it happens and it's embarrassing for us as a state. Keep in mind that I feel this way and I voted for Gore.

The martial law issue is a well known one and is part of the official record. I am not inclined to look it up right now but its very easy to Google......its all there. Official government documentation. Anyone who denies it is either misleading people intentionally, or doesn't bother to research the facts.

Jeb Bush Signs Martial Law EO - Four Days Before the Attack on the Pentagon
Martial Law in Florida
A Revised State Constitution

UPDATE, September 21, 2001 - On Friday, September 7, Florida Governor "Jeb" Bush signed Executive Order No. 01-261 which states, in part:

"I hereby delegate to The Adjutant General of the State of Florida all necessary authority, within approved budgetary appropriations or grants, to order members of the Florida National Guard into active service, as defined by Section 250.27, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of training to support law-enforcement personnel and emergency-management personnel in the event of civil disturbances or natural disasters and to provide training support to law-enforcement personnel and community-based organizations relating to counter drug operations. This Executive Order shall remain in full force and effect until the earlier of its revocation or June 30, 2003." This Florida EO places the Florida National Guard [which is not a lawful militia], a unit of the Federal U.S. Army, in control of all Florida law enforcement [State FDLE, County Sheriffs, and local PD's] and the Florida Emergency Management Agency [Florida's FEMA under federal FEMA control]. This took place four days before the World Trade Center disaster.

On the morning of Tuesday, September 11, Pres. "G.W." Bush was in a Sarasota, Florida classroom reading a story about a pet goat when his Chief of Staff whispered in his ear about the WTC "terrorism". Rather than attend to this national disaster, "G.W." continues to read the goat story to these second grade children and then, 30 minutes later, makes a brief statement to the press. More about this odd behavior can be read at The Obscure Goat Story.

Governor "Jeb" then signed Florida Executive Order No. 01-262 immediately after the second WTC tower fell. Florida was the first STATE to declare a "State of Emergency" and did so before New York State or the Federal Washington City leaders did, yet there were no "terroristic" incidents that had taken place. Florida EO 01-262 states, in part :

"I hereby declare that a state of emergency exists in the State of Florida... The authority to suspend the effect of any statute or rule governing the conduct of state business, and the further authority to suspend the effect of any order or rule of any governmental entity... The authority to seize and utilize any and all real or personal property as needed to meet this emergency... The authority to order the evacuation of any or all persons from any location in the State of Florida, and the authority to regulate the movement of any or all persons to or from any location in the State; The authority to regulate the return of the evacuees to their home communities... I hereby order the Adjutant General to activate the Florida National Guard for the duration of this emergency."

There is no declared expiration of this Florida Executive Order. In case you haven't figured it out yet, Florida is now under martial law and will remain so until this EO is revoked. We tried to warn the people of Florida about this in 1998 when our State Constitution was changed in order to allow this to take place.

Ah, the perfect candidate for the new post transition AMEXCA (America+Mexico+Canada).
Hasn't he all the credentials, and a wealth of family knowledge and experience
to fall back on.

Hopefully the Bushes will be long outed as the traitors and criminals they are, long before
anything like this can come to pass.

What do you mean misleading... I was here in Florida, where I am right at this very moment. There was not a hint of martial law. Why would I mislead anyone... I am aware of the order in which you speak, and it is some regards it's questionable, but it's a far cry from martial law since there wasn't a hint of anything of that nature. You can say whatever you want, but you weren't here. It did not occur.

Martial law is an event that people are able to experience. Nothing happened here, end of story.

Once again I am aware of Florida Executive Order No. 01-261... and allow me to re-itterate as a native and current resident of Florida, nothing in the realm of martial law happened here.

Then we have his black sheep sister Nicole, busted a few years ago for trying to pass a forged prescription for Xanax in an all-night Miami pharmacy because she was coming down from a coc aine binge and couldn't cope:

Mug shot

This one will take Texas if he wants it, because of the heavy hispanic population who will vote for anybody who promises them freedom of immigration, amnesty, jobs, whatever.

Same rich family, same sense of entitlement and the same idea of putting their boys through law school in order to catapult them into public office.

I cannot say anything nice about this family. It's just not in my nature to lie.

Kind of a cross between Ricky Martin and that Inglesis kid. He is cute, though. (Auuugghh...did I just say that?!)

It's all good, I said it too. Call a spade a spade. He does look a bit like Ricky, too bad Ricky is gay. ANYWAY, I've got an actual article guys.

www.usatoday.com...

11:22AM EST November 9. 2012 - It looks the first of a new generation of Bushes is preparing to run for office.

George P. Bush, the son of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush but now a resident of Texas, has filed a campaign treasurer appointment, a requirement for running for office in the Lone Star State.

Bush, 36, did not specify which office he might seek.

The younger Bush, a Fort Worth resident, is the nephew of former President George W. Bush, and the grandson of former President George H.W. Bush.

It's real.

I think that America has had it's fill of Bushes for awhile. There are the old, fat cat, die hards, yearning for the "good ole days," but most of us have moved on.

My prediction for the next Republican presidential nominee? Marco Rubio, he's their man!

I'm ready to take "avatar bets" today!

I think you're in denial............Anyway I will take it many steps further by making the claim that the United States of America is in a state of de facto martial law as we speak. First its a good idea to pull one's head out of the sand and just look around you. I verture to say that there are thousands of examples (incidents) of martial law taking place every day in America.

NDAA and kill lists are examples of martial law - arrest and INDEFINITE detainment without due process and w/out a warrant is martial law - extraordinary rendition is an example of martial law - unlawful search and seizure is an example of martial law - and more than any other of the twenty two acts of martial law on the books the Partiot Act of 2001 is itself the most blatant example of them all - martial law is very much with us here and now in America, and the list goes on and on and on!

Everything from brutal tasing to bestial TSA thugs all across the USA. Brutality by cop is rampant across the nation. Observe the manner of their dress and of their military tactics............do I have to spell it all out for you?

Have a glimpse...........
