I find it Ironic that the same people that voted against Obama, are the majority of the people on welfare. Are they uneducated or just hypocrites?

Judging from a ton of them saying stupid stuff like they'd move to Canada/Australia because Obama won...I think it's a lack of education.

Can't put all the blame on them though, the media are AWEFUL in the US. All major "news" channels are propaganda networks with dishonest reporting. On the left you have MSNBC who's not critical enough of Obama, and on the right you have Fox "News" who are the masters of twisting facts. Oh, and of course there's CNN who obviously gave up trying to show people facts and simply go "here's one opinion and here's the other, make up your own mind, we won't tell you the facts".

the FACT of the matter is people are on welfare because the corporations are too greedy to spend a couple extra million on their employees, out of their billions in profits.
MOST people on welfare WANT to work. They just can't, or they are paid too little to feed their families. We're talking about the vast majority of people on welfare. Sure there might be like 5% who abuse the system, most use it because they depend on it.
It makes perfect sense that people unemployed and on welfare would vote for the guy who ran on the idea that he would create jobs.

To reiterate, people on welfare are NOT lazy. Get that BS Fox news propaganda out of your head. It's not the truth.

What's ironic about it? They have lost their jobs in the Obama economy and are new to food stamps. They want to vote Republicans back in so jobs will be available.

You should be interested in the people who are on food stamps their whole life and only vote Democrat.

While agree with you 100%, corporations are required by law to return a profit to their shareholders' investments. That means that employees are a cost which can be eliminated to bring that P&L into alignment.

Americans need to change those laws, so that profit is not required legally and to shift the focus to employees, cities and communities before profits.

We have multi-nationals that hold HQ in America because it is a safe haven to their criminal behaviors and it is protected under the lies of the free-market system and patriotism.

Obama was elected because the MSM wanted him to be elected, and they "chose: him because the real powers dictated it to them. Pure and Simple. Romney was nothing more than a slot filler for the "other party". Both are figureheads, and neither one has any real power. That lies with the powers behind the scenes. The "vote counting" and theater that takes place every first Tuesday in November is carefully orchestrated, as are the "candidates" who "win" the nomination. Pablum for the masses, and they eat it with relish.

Sounds like you've had a pretty good life, good upbringing, a secure roof over your head and never had a day you were hungry and cound't eat in your entire life. Life seems good for you, complaining about people who need assistance and help because, perhaps, they had a rougher road than most. "Enslave the middle class to be more dependent on Govt."? Really?

The economy collapsed in 2008, remember? People who were doing well suddenly found themselves below the poverty line trying to keep a roof over their heads, gas in their cars and food in the fridge. They lost jobs. They needed help. They. Needed. HELP. They got help. The President was handed a huge fecal sandwich. He has done his best with an oppositionist party stonewalling **everything** they could.

why does everybody blame obama, last time i checked the constitution, it is congress who controls the purse strings.

if the country is $16 trillion in debt, the blame is on the 435 representatives and 100 senators.

your anger should be directed where it belongs. they all cry about spending, but they're the ones doing the spending. their constituents are the ones rolling in government dough and they get elected based on their skill at acquiring federal cash for them.

the only money the president controls is his pay check.

OK...the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. Take personal responsibility. Nobody lost the election for the Republicans EXCEPT for the Republicans. Don't blame other people because your candidates sucked, your own party screwed Ron Paul out of the nomination, and because everybody thought that it would just be a great idea to become rape apologists.

The problem is an antiquated message which no longer addresses the reality of the world. Change your party's values or keep losing elections.
