For the record - my sister just came by and delivered me a huge plate of bacon's happy other form... honey baked ham.

What's that thing that people on the internet say that I always find cute???

I`d eat it straight out of the skillet if only 3rd degree burns didnt hurt so much. How I hate that 3 to 5 minute cooloff period when its done. Sometimes its not enough time to cool down buts thats about as long as i can stand it.

What doesn't go good with bacon???

Maple syrup and bacon donuts....mmmmmmmmmm Now I want bacon.



When I process deer for hamburger meat instead of using ordinary fat I use smoked pork belly as a filler.

I'm from Quebec and McDs poutine sucks big time !! The gravy is all wrong , not the right fries and they keep the cheese curds in the fridge so they don't melt ! In my area there is a diner franchise called "patio Vidal " they have a special poutine ( poutine du patio) it's huge !! Served on a dinner plate it has poutine on the bottom then it's topped with sliced up chicken fingers , hot dogs , BACON , more gravy and finally a big spoonful of creamy coleslaw on top !! You can feel your arteries hardening when your halfway through it !

BLT for sure! Love smothering bacon in lettuce tomato and mayo between two slices of toast...thanks you have now made me hungry and I have no bacon.

Quebec is a big province to drive around !! Their is 4 or 5 Patio Vidals in Gatineau Quebec , about 10 minutes from Ottawa Ontario !!

My vote goes for bacon and tomato sandwich with mayo on whole wheat. I also like it in spaghetti carbonara and even chicken livers taste good with bacon, as in rumaki. Yum Yum Yum!!!! Love bacon!!

It's been drilled into my head since I was a baby that pork has worms....that's why I would never eat it even a slight bit pink.......like cooked worms are better right?

Luckily pork is sooooo good, nothing can stop me!

Another bonus from Quebec besides poutine is a lot of my friends are aboriginal and I have a bit of native blood in my ancestry and whenever we make bannock it's gets fried in lard or BACON fat !!
