to be honest, my family hassled me to go to ireland, you know how it is meet the 4000 cousins, stay with them, be in a drunken haze for like 10 weeks...

but i chose japan instead.
may never live it down, but hey. there will always be 4000 cousins!

Awesome that you like Orwell, and 1984 very good book and movie not bad either. And I was born in 1984 so gotta love it
