I fell in love a month ago. The love for this girl is the strongest that i have ever felt, so i know (for a fact) that this love is not hopeless infatuation. I have never felt a love like this, my feelings for her reached an all time high this weekend. I wasn't able to talk to her because i dont have her number...we did have to talk about a school project that we had to do so i messaged her my number on facebook four days ago asking her to text me and she has not. We are great friends, although i have no idea why she didnt text me. So i've been in a crippling depression for the last three days. I have pure tunnel vision, i can not think of anything else at all. I love her and i want her to be with me and i dont know how. Therefore, i have concluded that love is evil. You love it but you hate it. Again, i have never been this in love with anybody before. I can not tell you the pain of being hopelessly in love with someone and that person not feeling the same way (as far as i know). Sometimes i feel as if im being forced to stay out of relationships because a "Higher Power" has something great planned for me. I reject that though and openly state that I'd prefer to be with her. Any advice to end this crippling depression? We've only known each other for like 3 months by the way.

What you are experiencing is only a Symptom of non-focusing.. which leads to no self-control.

The biggest fact of life is that the only thing you can control is What You Do... what you think about, what you say, and how you behave.. that's it.

So, to get yourself out of this stuck phase.... Force yourself to focus on other things in life.. those more important things in your life.

Never, at any time in your life, should you give so much of your own power away to another person.. so that you have these types of reactions to their action or non-action.

In which case, stand up.. breathe, decide what you are going to focus on and do it. Each time you find your Mind wanderingback to anything to do with this girl.. STOP yourself and refocus on what's important. Ask yourself.. "Where am I?"

If the answer is stuck in the same thought patterns, then you need to refocus again. Sounds simple, but takes some effort.. which is well worth it because you wil learn some of the most valuable lessons in life... like... Women do not want a "Klingon"... people who cling tightly to another person for their own fear of losing them.

Be well.. Be STRONG.. Be focused. Don't be a 'victim'.. it is Your Choice.

Take the plunge and go see her if you can,face to face.

All that facebooking and texting is for the birds.
She needs to see it in your eyes,your face.

That doesn't sound like love more of an addiction .
Why not ask her out and stop making excuses I really don't think a higher power is playing against you in looking for "LOVE" .

I don't think the poor me angle is working to well as it will just put off most women . Confidence bro confidence
