Except some big charities do really good stuff and a majority of the donated money makes it to the patient/client?

The Masonic charities can show real tangible results and we usually donate more than a super majority of the money donated. The Masonic charities have done a great many things.

"Normal" IQ is between 85 and 115.
Borderline intellectual funcion is between 70 and 85.
Mild MR is between 55 and 69.
Moderate MR is between 40 and 54
Severe MR is between 25 and 39.
Profound MR is less than 25.

This always amazes me. An IQ of 85 is pretty frightening, and that is considered the low end of "normal." Our expectations are pretty low! Mild Mental Retardation goes all the way down to 55. I know people with triple that, and they are still prone to some pretty big gaffes! I can't believe we consider that just a little below normal.

Actually, we need several IQ tests with autotags to Profiles. We need a typical one, and then an ATS IQ, and then an International IQ. That would help people know who are the "typical Americans" with no view outside their own world, and who are the conspiracy junkies, and who are the intelligent or retarded folks, and who are the folks that are pretty well-rounded between the 3.

The money goes towards the running of the hospitals and for the surgeries and other procedures that are being done at NO COST to the children in their care. The org poster must think these hospitals and all the tools and doctors within them run at no cost to the Shriners. The org poster is obviously un aware of how much good Shriners hospitals do for children and their families. Our youngest had a tumor the size of a baseball removed from her armpit at the age of 10 at a Shriners Hospital in Michigan, it cost our family ZERO dollars for all the procedures from diagnosis to the surgery to remove the tumor and ALL follow ups. It is an awesome organization that cares deeply about children all over the world.
