I just lost a whole lotta respect for some ATS members....

ANYONE who thinks our Government is okay in the state it's in right now, and wants Obama to continue with our downfall, or that Romney would actually be a better change is living in a world of denial.

*walks away shaking head...*

I'm not saying that some people didn't vote just to say that they voted but I can say that it's no where near the 88% mark.

Remember not to long ago how we all hated Obama and the Ron Paul thing was going around? I wasn't a member on ATS then but I've been a long time lurker.

And yes, I know that Ron Paul isn't available anymore and people had to choose. I'm just saying, remember how many Ron Paul threads there were back then. I still can't believe that he didn't get the nomination but with all that money Romney had to endorse his campaign I can't say that I'm surprised.

So, do we still have some Ron Paul supporters in here? Thumbs up if you still are. I really don't see him running next time though. At his age this election was his only shot.

Everyone see's the same problems.

It's just that we all differ on the solutions.

I think the democrats solutions aren't as good as the republicans.

(And I don't think the republicans solutions are that hot either)

So it's not the lesser of 2 evils.

It's the greater of 2 goods that we are voting for.

Off the high horse.. This holier than thou i'm to good for EITHER candidate is bunk..

One of them is going to be in, and whether the office of POTUS is or is not a big deal
the supreme court nominees are HUGE and they will be ruling you and your childrens life
for the next 30 years, I for one think thats a bigger deal then POTUS themself.

I'm pretty close to agreeing with you. I don't like either candidates which is why I didn't vote. I would rather leave it up to people that believe in the person they are voting for then for me to vote for someone I really don't want in but agree with a little bit more. They both have good and bad points and neither of them MADE me want to vote for them. Therefor, neither of them get my vote.

Half our problem is needless spending. If you look for a few of my posts you will see where I stand on what is wrong with everything at the moment.

First let me say that it is better to be pissed off than pissed on.
Second, I am sure that many Americans are patriotic at some point or another. I recall an awful lot of American flags flying all over America on Sept 12 2001. Do you remember that?

I want this election to be over...then I want the 21st of next month to come and go with nothing happening (to shut up the doomers and New Agers).

It just might be the best Christmas in a while.

You know what? If Obama wins, I'll become addicted to rap music, crack, and welfare checks. Throw out my education. Tak lik dis cuz i dun need no educashuns foo!

If Romney wins, I'll...become the greatest thief since Lupin the 3rd. Be the first man to embezzle from the president himself. They don't call him moneybags for nothing. He's got to have some serious dough. Or I could kidnap him, make him make me filthy rich, then sell him to the Russians. Or Chinese.

I was actualy 100% endorsing Ron Paul (republican)
then the GOP ignored all his delegates on purpose to elect Romney (FRAUD)
just to kick Ron Paul out of the Race
they shot themself up in their own foot ..

its their fault !

now they made the choice very easy and opened the door for Obama
people have now 2 choices .. Obama or Romney
now im actualy 100% endorsing Obama (democrat)
best choice of both and by far !

Ron Paul never endorsed Romney .. if we read between the lines
there is a hidden message in that to vote for Obama
very clear message !

VOTE OBAMA
