Oh say it aint so Beez. I'd hate to think I've wasted good argument on someone too stoned to understand me.

The strongest thing I'm actually drinking right now is black tea. (it's nearly midnight here)

Sober as a judge. Unfortunately. Maybe later, a drink or three.

Meh, drone strikes have been reality since Clinton and they'll continue no matter who is elected. That is something that we, as a nation, need to get to the spotlight of national attention.

It's a subject that has bothered me since 1990 and the first Gulf War really. The irony to me is that we have now become the first nation in modern history to have a failing economy during war. War is supposed to create jobs - but somehow we've screwed that formula up.

Since it's not helping anyone... we need to rethink the entire concept IMO.

I'm with you on this one. I have a feeling that Obama will come out with a win but you never know what will happen.

The reason I think he will win is due to the fact that most elders don't agree with Romney's plan for Medicare nor do the woman agree with him wanting to get rid of Planned Parenthood. Take away the elders and most the woman and, to me, it seems that Romeny dug his own grave.

As I have said in past posts, I exercised my right as an American and did NOT vote just due to the fact that even though you should vote for the "Lesser" of two evils I just don't like either candidate. I believe they both had bad points and good points as well so I'm just going to stay neutral and see what happens.

It's State of The Union Address.

Not state of my uterus.

Spellcheck.

Okay, If. Romney wins, I will post drunk.
If Obama wins, I'll be too busy. You know, rioting, looting and such.

Anyone but Romney please. I know that Obama is much of the same but at least he has a little restraint with foreign policy. As stated by other members, Romney will take the US back to the Bush.JR era.

I give credit to everyone for participating in a political thread without all the BS that usually comes with it.

Good job!

Tonight's the night. I feel that this is the ultimate turning point in human history. It's now or never. Whatever happens tonight is going to affect the course of humanities fate, one way or the other...
