I dont know but they were said to have coerced and intimidated people last year but since Holder refused to investigate, the real truth was never known, just like it wont be known this year.

Being there with billy clubs is intimidation to the fullest.

It may not be a law per se, it's called silent harassment. If you're a white person they will silently threaten that person with nasty looks and aggressive positioning. A lot of white people will turn away. Who wants to deal with that.
If I showed up in full battle rattle at my polling center and gave black folks dirty looks, you're sure as hell know I'd probably be arrested for harassment and whatever else they'd think to throw at me
He'll. I might go ahead and do it anyhow, and see what happens

FOX NEWS

Fox news has a picture of him ... this time he isn't carrying any weapons. And he is described as a 'designated poll watcher'. I don't know how a guy who was involved in voter intimidation got to be a 'designated poll watcher'. But there it is.

They don't have those according to the source. If it's just the fact that they are there, there is no law broken.

Scarier still, what will happen when one half of the herd, angry about the head farmer being elected,is not the one they wanted?.

What has to happen to distract them from their silly fighting,to make them,us,realize we are all pretty much screwed however the election goes?.

Those politicians may actually mean what they say in their election campaigns, but there are a lot of people who will still be there, regardless of who is elected.

Those people that will still be there won't allow whomever gets elected to change things that will alter their cashflow/acquisition of power.

This election means nothing,it gives people a false of power when they really don't have any.

False Hope.

They had them in 2008. It's on video.

What year is it? Right. You're talking recent history. Not this instance.

I'm glad someone posted this. I saw it on the news early this morning but couldn't find a website with the story to link to, to make a thread.

These people (and I use that term VERY loosely), are scum of the Earth. Nothing but the black KKK. The public at large should round these people up, and hold them accountable for all their horrible hate speech since "the law" refuses to. And lets round up the WBC while we're at it. Tar and feathers all around.

I'm amazed that it is the same guy.... Jerry Jackson...The all Black para military uniforms don't help either... In the video he was opening doors for people... Such a nice gesture....

People can still remember that in 2008 they were carrying billy clubs. It matters not whether they have them this time too. It's still intimidation.

Or would it be ok for the KKK to be dressed in full regallia to stand in front of the stations too? They don't have their nooses with them, correct?

Take it easy killer. I'm on your side. What I don't get is why anyone would be intimidated by this. There's an angry black guy standing outside nearly every store, restaurant, post office, etc I go into. If you want to vote, just waltz in and vote ffs. What's the guy going to do? Nothing.

I see a lot of complaining about the DoJ but can someone tell me what laws are actually being broken?

Apparently, no are laws are currently being broken. That's good. It was the utter ignorance of the law when the intimidation case was dismissed in 2010. Brandishing a weapon is illegal at a polling location. Simple and all caught on video... Suppose that criminal case went the other way....?? I doubt they would have the guts to go back to the same location.

There was political pressure from within the Obama administration regarding the 2008 case....

A federal court in Washington, DC, held last week that political appointees appointed by President Obama did interfere with the Department of Justice’s prosecution of the New Black Panther Party.

Obama’s DOJ had claimed Judicial Watch was not entitled to attorney’s fees since “none of the records produced in this litigation evidenced any political interference whatsoever in” how the DOJ handled the New Black Panther Party case. But United States District Court Judge Reggie Walton disagreed. Citing a “series of emails” between Obama political appointees and career Justice lawyers,

We can't rewrite history, but we can certainly learn from it... Let's just hope this all stays peaceful today and into the night... We may just be gearing up for another election decision from the courts.... Not what the nation needs right now..

Lollllllllll....I just watched the video. That guy is such a troll, he was smiling the whole time he was being filmed. They probably filmed it themselves then sent it into Fox news.

That guy is not scary at ALL.

We have some morons out here that fancy themselves NBP. You see, the original black panthers have nothing to do with these idiots and OG black panthers do some good for the town they are in.... but some misguided racist types idolize the NBP. God forbid they learn the difference... they just want to be hateful. Our little group here will wear black sweatpants and hoodies. So awesome isnt it?
I got a text earlier saying that they were back playing NBP in the park where we're having our election place. They dont have billy clubs either, but its the same nonsense. Stand there and look stupid in black head to toe with a scowl on their face. Hope they enjoy the cold. She says there are maybe 10-14 of them out there with an Obama yard sign they are standing behind. Most folks will vote after WORK.. so lets see how long they last. Ill be up there tonight about 5 or 6.. and Ill take a pic of them if they are still there.

Oh and for you rabid "yer a rasis" idiots out there. Im not white.. and even Ive been harassed in this place and attacked. Im a reddish brown tiny barely 5'4" female in my 40's...its MY babies they said they want to murder.....SO yeah, these fools ARE intimidating. There are just folks and then there are blacks who hate everyone who isnt black.. yep, racism doors swing both ways and NBP are a racist organization. After standing there armed and shouting with King into a mega about bashing white babies heads and killing whites, I have NO idea how he is serving ANYWHERE in an official capacity. Racists of either side of the color spectrum should be shunned. Just think if one of Tom Metzgers crew were out there standing by the doors... in their own idiot regalia? Nah, a bunch of militant white aryan supremacists wouldnt bother ANYONE.. right? Or how about some Aryan Resistance Bikers?? Thats not anymore intimidating than the NBP .. right? How about some militant La Raza and MALDEF folks.. not intimidating in the least. I say.. theyre all idiots and have no place serving in ANY official capacity in our elections... certainly NOT a poll watcher.

Every time I see that stupid Jerry Jackson I think of Steve Martin.. I AM SOMEBODY!!!! See, ol Jerry has his name in print this time for something other than threatening to murder white babies.. he is an official poll watcher. Again, once a year, HE IS SOMEBODY!! The ways in the US DOJ and the American public are strange and mysterious.
I linked rather than Imbed as its comedy and not really fitting the seriousness of this thread, but if you listen, youll get the idea.

Southern Poverty Law Center classifies the NBPP as follows

The New Black Panther Party is a virulently racist and anti-Semitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews and law enforcement officers. Founded in Dallas, the group today is especially active on the East Coast, from Boston to Jacksonville, Fla. The group portrays itself as a militant, modern-day expression of the black power movement (it frequently engages in armed protests of alleged police brutality and the like), but principals of the original Black Panther Party of the 1960s and 1970s— a militant, but non-racist, left-wing organization — have rejected the new Panthers as a "black racist hate group" and contested their hijacking of the Panther name and symbol.

In Its Own Words
"Our lessons talk about the bloodsuckers of the poor… . It's that old no-good Jew, that old imposter Jew, that old hooked-nose, bagel-eating, lox-eating, Johnny-come-lately, perpetrating-a-fraud, just-crawled-out-of-the-caves-and-hills-of-Europe, so-called damn Jew … and I feel everything I'm saying up here is kosher."
— Khalid Abdul Muhammad, one of the party's future leaders, Baltimore, Md., Feb. 19, 1994

"Kill every goddamn Zionist in Israel! Goddamn little babies, goddamn old ladies! Blow up Zionist supermarkets!"
—Malik Zulu Shabazz, the party's national chairman, protesting at B'nai B'rith International headquarters in Washington, D.C., April 20, 2002

"I hate white people. All of them. Every last iota of a cracker, I hate it. We didn't come out here to play today. There's too much serious business going on in the black community to be out here sliding through South Street with white, dirty, cracker whore bitches on our arms, and we call ourselves black men. … What the hell is wrong with you black man? You at a doomsday with a white girl on your damn arm. We keep begging white people for freedom! No wonder we not free! Your enemy cannot make you free, fool! You want freedom? You going to have to kill some crackers! You going to have to kill some of their babies!"
— King Samir Shabazz, head of the party's Philadelphia chapter, in a National Geographic documentary, January 2009

And they are given Carte Blanche...

Compare the NBPP to the National Socialist Movement...

An organization that specializes in theatrical and provocative protests, the National Socialist Movement (NSM) is one of the largest and most prominent neo-Nazi groups in the United States. The group is notable for its violent anti-Jewish rhetoric, its racist views and its policy allowing members of other racist groups to join NSM while remaining members of other groups. Until 2007, NSM members protested in full Nazi uniforms, now traded in for black “Battle Dress Uniforms.”

In Their Own Words
“All non-White immigration must be prevented. We demand that all non-Whites currently residing in America be required to leave the nation forthwith and return to their land of origin: peacefully or by force.”
— “25 Points of American National Socialism,” NSM website

“When … you take a German Shepherd and mix him with a Golden Retriever you have a worthless animal that nobody wants and that isn’t worth anything if you’re trying to breed him or sell him. … [T]hese degenerates that allow their children to race mix and this sort of thing, they’re destroying the bloodlines of both races.”
— NSM leader Jeff Schoep, July 25, 2007, interview

www.splcenter.org...

They sound a lot alike and both wear para military uniforms... What would happen if we saw this behavior in 2008 and now from the National Socialist Movement instead of the NBPP?.... Would they have been prosecuted to the fullest by Holder's DOJ in 2009? Would the flippant viewpoints displayed now regarding NBPP apply to the National Socialist Movement?

Hate groups are all cut from the same cloth and have no right to be present on the premises of a polling location. Period..
