So, at your house, pissing in the yard is the norm?

A yard is not private. It is outdoors. Anyone outside sees what you are up to "outside" in your "yard".

O M F G, people are stupid.

Im surprised you even consider us people to be honest. Its his own yard, he is a kid, the cop could be considered a beast for even noticing the little dude had his winky out! I would have shoved the SOBs knight stick where the Sun dont shine if i encountered this type of perverted totalitarian behaviour from said officer on my own property!

He's a kid, so we lower expectations. You'd kick the cop's ass. Another internet tough guy.

Then there's the other guy up there calling me a troll for simply expressing my opinion. I say that makes you a troll for attempting to suppress free speech.

I would have given the ticket back to the officer and said: "here is your ticket for defecating in public" since all that cop is/was and ever will be is a walking POS...

If you'd follow the context, aka "flow" of the conversation, you'd know that "they" are my kids.

I just hope the local authorities come to there senses regrading the issue. A mans home is his castle after all. So the moat, garden and grounds surrounding it should be his/her own business and certainly not a Police issue in this instance. What happend to the right to a private and family life???
