You never threw anything but your mate did. If you dont want to be in a fight, or you want to reduce your odds of being in one, dont let your friends throw things at peoples cars or possesions.

The driver was completely out of line with the intensity of his threats but at the end of the day the cop has 2 options.

Both parties split paths, end of it. Or, both parties continue to fight, people get arrested, lawyers get called and he/she has to figure out a way of arresting an angry man with a crowbar.

Seems like the police made the right decision with this one. The incident shouldn't have happened in the first place, either by bad driving, bad responses, or both combined, it's a silly thing to go to jail over.

but my opinion remains, if you dont want people physically threatening you, then dont give them the excuse they're looking for. Just Shake your head, and tell your friend to walk away.

Its simple..........most Police Officers have lost the ability to use their communication skills to resolve a problem. Its all to easy these days to roll up at an incident and use a pepper spray or baton, when say 10 years ago he/she would have used verbal reasoning.

The reason for this is because criminals are becoming more and more violent. Those bastards deserve every baton hit. I would like to see more rodney king style beatings happen. That will teach them not to lead police on a high speed chase.
