I walk the streets where angels tred
And feel upon my face
His ever moving power,
His ever saving grace.

I close my eyes and humbly kneel
Sick with fear and dismay
And expect The Lord Most High
To turn His face away

Yet comfort greets my trembling heart
As I hear His voice most kind
And marvel as He whispers
"Your burdens shall be mine."

I close my eyes the more to see
My heart, so torn with pain,
Rendered unto His love,
Mended by His name.
