Thats a good question. Im nt sure, but Ill give you my best guess. First I would say your quality of post is taken into consideration. Second, I would
say that you have to be a member for a certian amount of time. Third, you probably have to know most of the other mods pretty well. I would say its
something you get invited to do by the staff. I dont think its something you can apply for.
