I used to have this weird bolt action Mossberg. Never saw another one like it. Was my Dads.
Did it have the adjustable Polychoke on it? They were quite common here in Canada, still see quite a few old ones kicking around.

But the bolt was this short little thing, and I think it clicked in before it would fire. It did not rotate like a conventional bolt, but popped in to fire and then pop out to move back and forward. It would always jam when I fired one of the "Lloyd loads" double powder loads. I had my friends dad the gunsmith fix it. And then it worked better but it was very stiff, but did not jam.
Looking at Bing not finding anything that looks like it and can not remember the model.
