This is something I’ve been noodling for a while and quite honestly wonder what number we are on. This may get buried and never seen but hopefully enough eyes see it and people can ask themselves “Am I unknowingly contributing to any of this”?

1) Use the democratic process of free elections to form a shadow government with a shadow infrastructure that the current system will eventually collapse into. What this will look like will depend on the current structure and topology of the target government. Suffice it to say you will need to move qualified duplicitous and dual purpose individuals into positions of power that can do the current job as required while all along nudging their spheres of influence toward the shadow agenda. This will provide the top down pressure that will serve to destroy the current infrastructure from within. Quality of positions in the beginning, and not quantity is most important as these people should be placed as to maximize the erosion of the pillars that the current system is formed upon. Once they are securely in place they can put their “foot in the door” or a “beach-head” so to speak and use their power and influence to move more people in to assist with their subversive activities. At a certain point you should be able to create entire agencies and departments that are in line with the shadow agenda.

2) Subvert the trusted institutions of information and media outlets (Radio, TV, News, Movies) as well as form new ones (Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, Websites) that will funnel divisive and agitating propaganda out to the people. Make this shift appear as though it is the next big thing and all those outlets that don’t hop on board are only telling lies and just mouthpieces for the system that got us into trouble in the first place. Make it appear as though it is counter culture, cool, new, and most importantly...rebellious. The premise if all information put forth from this source is that the current system is doing you harm, is tyrannical, already too powerful, getting stronger day by day and that if we don't do something right NOW we are all doomed to live under tyranny forever.

3) Subvert the current and trusted institutions that have already organized people (organize the organized) behind a commonality of purpose (churches, charities, unions) as well as form new ones to co-opt the ones that refuse to submit to the shadow agenda.

Targeted agitation of the population can now start. This is the point that you start building non-governmental coalitions of power in the private sector. Till now, the policymakers and subversives of the shadow agenda have been studying the hot button social issues of the target population and have been deciding how best to balkanize and separate it into groups based upon these issues. Issues like gun control, gay marriage, abortion, 1%’ers, 99%’ers, environmentalists, capitalists, socialist, Social Justice, etc. All these issues do is agitate the population and create the potential for action toward a commonality of purpose. The agitation is going to be falsely based on DEMOCRACY on the front end but will truthfully only serve the shadow agenda on the back end. Once you have people organized for a purpose you can then appeal to their tribalism (team spirit?) and name the enemies of the tribe.

4) At this point the subversives pushing shadow agenda can take their masks off because the population should have been fed a sufficient amount of propaganda that its goals have now been normalized in the population. Those that are for the agenda fight for it openly and those that are against it feel powerless to stop it so then do nothing because they feel alone in their lack of organization. The people pushing the shadow agenda no longer have to be in the shadows, their agenda is now mainstreamed. They can now openly and outwardly state their purpose without fear of reprisals. They now make efforts to solidify their power by taking control of the election processes in the judicial, legislative and executive branch by pumping fear and confusion thorough their media outlets which raises the bottom up pressure …..This is where the middle sees the greatest threat to its existence. The middle are the remnant (hold out) non-governmental organizations and citizens that do not share the same belief system as the now mainstreamed agenda and are a representation of what’s left of the status quo. The subversives in the government will label the people and these organizations that will want a return to the fundamental documents of the founding of the country a THREAT while turning a blind eye to the protests and revolutionaries in the street and dismissing them as an understandable reaction to the current detestable condition of the country and even go so far as use them as evidence that CHANGE has to come NOW.

At this point your shadow government should be entirely in place and really..no longer in the shadows

5) Leading up to election time the useful idiots are organized into coordinated protest and action in the streets to give the appearance that this is indeed what direction the country wants to go. The protests are really designed to provide a certain level of intimidation to the population and to say “ This election better go the way we say it should go or there is going to be big trouble!”.

Here is where you are in a catch 22 if they have their way and either way you lose!
a) If they win the election they can now fully bring online the machine they have been building and they get what they wanted all along and at this point they cant be removed without a revolution. Good luck with that.
b) The election doesn’t go their way and the status quo candidate has been elected despite all the subversives’ efforts. If it is a landslide then its obvious they will have to wait 4 more years (after all they already have the infrastructure). If its close then there is trouble, and they have an uprising. They say that the election was rigged and accusations of voter fraud, ballot stuffing, voter intimidation, hacked machines start flying. One side will not back down from demanding their guy be sworn in and the other theirs and you have the potential ingredients for a revolution. What does that revolution look like? I don’t know…they all don’t need to have bullets but I guess it all depends on the populations bloodlust. Coups happen all the time.
c) If the subversives’ demands are not met peacefully (desirably through policies and election laws they have had the forethought of putting in place) then you have your revolution ( whatever that looks like) and collapse the system into the infrastructure you built in step 1 through 3 through agitation, fear, confusion chaos and calamity (agitation, fear, confusion chaos and calamity will reign over the unorganized). This will employ the full force of bottom-up pressure in the streets combined with the top down pressure of the shadow government and now the status quo government is turned inside-out and the subversives still get what they want.

Enjoy…

If by "we", you mean The United States of America, then I'd say "we" are well into step five.

The scary thing is that there are a couple generations who consider this normal.

I tried to stay as country neutral as possible as I think this model is pretty solid for most modern countries.

However, it obviously proves to be too difficult not to inject what you are seeing in your own country when writing it.

For example,

Venezuela followed this ( and is still following ) model pretty closely with the takeover of Chavez. Not exactly..but pretty closely. There are certainly unknown unknowns in these processes that are hard to predict.

We are at the end of step five. The nwo has been openly in operation for over a year. When obama, dempsey, and panetta went to congress, and told them that congress will be informed of what "we" do.....in otherwords, the executive branch will make war and congress will simply be informed. And congress made a show, talked bad like they cared....and the fact that obama was not impeached over that.... That was the final nail in the coffin of the constitution.

Of course, the nwo isnt quite the one world government yet. Theres still a few countries not in it yet. Qn

Over the next 4 or 8 years i believe we will watch the nwo fail. One term with obama, two with romney just because hes smarter....

If we are in step 5 then I will have to say that it should be a clarion call to all those who are currently awake and watching.

The fascinating thing about this model is it can be reapplied in the reverse to undo all damage done to us.

First of all, you didnt attempt to refute what i said. So you must not disagree too much? I was hoping i was wrong but i dont believe i am.

Id do something but it seems the vast majority like living in a police/nanny state. So be it then. I will always deny consent to this thing, and i figure ill probably die in a gunfight in the near future. I will die by "give me liberty or give me death" if i have ton

Any difference in opinion I have doesnt rise to the level to list. I really dont disagree much.

I personally dont think that the answer will be in who has the most brass and lead but rather education. We need to get the pendulum swinging in the other direction now...Just not too violently, they'll take advantage of that crisis too. We're dealing with clever little critters here and we need to be playing some Kasparov level political chess to stop current momentum before we can get it going in the other direction.

Edit to add. Yes, I also believe were in step 5.

I see it as kind of like the matrix. Most people in the matrix didnt know there was a war going on, they were sheeple. But my rights will be upheld with lead.

Alexander Fraser Tytler and the "Tytler cycle" is worth a Google.

He was a Scottish lawyer who came up with something similar in the 18th Century.
