U2U Problem.

I can't use my U2U function.

The page is simply not loading.

This very thing has happened to me a few times and I found that if you log off, shut down and restart your computer, it fixes it...sometimes
Unless(like me) you delete a file connected to ATS...that was a pain in the rear, FOR sure..
So try that...I hope it works

close all explorer windows,
delete cookies
temporary internet files
and history,
and try again...

The usual problem with the U2U window not loading (you never see the window pop-up) is that it's already open, and behind your main browser window.

Additionally, there is a difficult-to-locate bug with the U2U feature where some messages come up as a completely blank, white page. It's been hard to track down. The only thing so far that seems to prevent the problem is to avoid all punctuation and special characters.
