If you were the boss and had to hire either Obama or Mitt to work for you, who would you select and why?

Depends on the business.
For a used car lot? Mittens.
For a case worker? Obama.
For a real estate agent? Mittens.
For a tour guide? Obama.
For a military recruiter? Mittens.
For a Peace Corps recruiter? Obama.
For a Walmart greeter? Mittens.
For a firm lobbying against Walmart expansion? Obama.
The business I'm actually opening is one that Mittens wouldn't want to work in, though, so I'd have to hire Obama.

Agreed CEO and President are not exactly the same but not completely different either. The Executive Office as you have mentioned is surely called Executive Office for a reason.

I'd keep looking.
Why are we focused on just the two of them? For a website that touts the perils of the two-party system, boy do we ever love it.

Sometimes when your hiring you have to choose amongst available applicants unfortunately.
