Speaking personally, of course, but I believe I've gotten to know you quite well. The words you write, whether they are your opinions, hopes or dreams... they really do speak of your personality. I might not have a clue what you may look like, but I can tell you, without reservation, that I'm glad to have met you here.

To Utter a Lonely Word

I have always wanted to do this sort of thing, why not start now? HAHA entered more of a personal one, though I wrote one a while back about the perspective of love through Chopin's eyes. Do you think it would even be worth posting? I like the poem (humbly), don't get me wrong, but also I have no idea if people would get it without knowing much about Chopin, and that would mean posting a brief history of him... Is that appropriate??

ANYWAY, thanks much for the opportunity. I have read I think 4 other poems thus far, this is a fun deviation from the norm.

It never ceases to amaze that the more personal competitions, such as this one and the life experience comp a few months back seem to bring out the absolute best in the membership here.

Only a day in and the mind is completely blown away by the quality and raw honesty of the work so far.

It shows why ATS is the best place to be.

Can I enter one from a few months ago posted on ATS or must it be new?
