What happens when people don't want to settle out of court and demand a public trial to find out what exactly happened on 9/11? Well according Judge Hellerstein money is the universal lubricant...

What happens when people still demand a trial? The answer is simple~ just put a time limit to make it difficult to get answers for some uncomfortable questions.

Money is the universal lubricant... Well at least they Lub up when they bend you over.

9/11 victims’ kin keep up fight

Many families of victims - some with children to support - agreed to take a share of the $7 billion September 11 Victims Compensation Fund created by Congress. But as many as 38 families refused, demanding answers from Massport and the airline. Their lawyer says it is highly unlikely mediation talks tomorrow will get them to drop their related suits.

9/11 WIDOW HOPING FOR SUPREME COURT REVIEW

At one time Mariani was persuaded to sue George W. Bush and other government
officials for complicity in the events of 9/11, but that case was promptly dismissed.
What remained to her--at least until late June 2012--was the chance to get evidence and
accountability inside the official 9/11 wrongful death litigation that was assigned by Congress
to a single federal court, the Southern District of New York, and a single judge, Alvin K.
Hellerstein. No claim in that case ever reached trial, and Mariani’s is the last to be paid.
Judge Hellerstein has presided over hundreds of cases involving 9/11 victims in
Manhattan, and all have resulted in settlements for undisclosed amounts. Hellerstein took an
active role in urging settlement, stating at one point, "Money is the universal lubricant.

A 9/11 Judge Sets a Month as Time Limit for a Trial

But now, after this seemingly endless run-up, with a trial scheduled for later this year, the judge, Alvin K. Hellerstein of Federal District Court in Manhattan, has set a time limit. In a highly unusual move, Judge Hellerstein will restrict each side to the same number of hours — in one estimate, 50 to 60 — to present its case, and time the trial like a speed chess match.

“The time is going to be expressed not in days, but in minutes,” Judge Hellerstein has said in court. Each side’s clock will start ticking whenever its lawyer rises to question or cross-examine a witness, or to argue before the jury — “everything the party wishes to do from openings through summations,” he said.

The judge has made it clear that he is seeking to avoid the kind of trial that rolls on interminably as the details, minutiae and technical arguments pile up, and wants to keep the jury focused and interested. “You know that once the jury gets bored with your presentation,” he has told the parties, “you’ve lost significant power of persuasion.”

Family and United Airlines Settle Last 9/11 Wrongful-Death Lawsuit

United and Huntleigh, in seeking dismissal of the case, had argued that they could not be held liable “for not stopping an attack that the entire federal government was unable to predict, plan against or prevent.”

The security system that United had in place, they contended, had been put into effect at the government’s direction and was “neither intended to stop, nor capable of stopping, what happened that day.”

Oh, so a judge can circumvent due process and an honest jury trial because the jury might get bored??

Did anybody actually think that justice would be served for the crime of 9/11 in this country, using our very corrupt judicial system? Justice may be blind, but she can smell money a mile away.

It is my opinion that there will never be a fair trial concerning the crimes of 9/11 in the United States. The entire system is rotten to the core. But at least people are trying.

I think people are noticing just how rotten the core is now that more and more people are broke, confused and tired of the fake disagreements between the left and the right. But for some reason they still vote for them.

Here's more information and update about Ellen Mariani case:

911 Widow is One Step Closer to a Supreme Court Case For 911 Truth

“The Ellen Mariani Legal Defense Fund Committee is pleased to report good news. We have collected the needed funds in time to allow Ellen Mariani to file a petition to the United States Supreme Court, for review of the decision denying her a role in what was originally her own 9/11 complaint. Ellen’s attorney Bruce Leichty has already started preparing the petition. The filing deadline is 11/23/2012. The Supreme Court has created a docket page on the Court’s website, so that people can follow the course of the petition if they wish. For a personal statement of the secretary-treasurer of the Fund, Vincent Gillespie, CLICK HERE. ”
