Pastor In Texas Chased Down and Killed with an Electric Guitar

I'm not a big fan of some church music either but that's taking it too far.

Seriously this is no good, I hate to see more acts of blind hatred.

FOREST HILL, Texas (AP) — A North Texas pastor was killed Monday by an attacker who rammed a car into a church wall, chased the pastor and beat him with an electric guitar, police said.

The wired part is suspect dies in custody. What happened to him?

Police arrived to find the suspect assaulting Kirk with an electric guitar that they believe was already inside the church, Dennis said. An officer used a Taser on the suspect, handcuffed him and put him in the back of a patrol car.

By then, Kirk had died, Dennis said. A maintenance worker who tried to help Kirk was injured and taken to an area hospital. His condition was unknown.

What makes someone get to this point. I understand hate is powerful, but how does one allow it to get out of control.

I have heard some say acts like these could be related to some mind control MK Ultra type programing. I defiantly believe that is possible, but can acts like this be born purely out of the humans capacity to hate, and harbor anger, What was the tipping point? Perhaps there is demonic powers at work, government mind control, or was he simply a victim of his own circumstances, that unfortunately we will never truly find out.

I have a brother-in-law that is a pastor in Texas so I was concerned when I read the headlines.
My prayers go out to the pastors family and his congregation.

I get it, I like the Pete Townshend comment. I thought it ironic that this guy chased this pastor who he hated so much, that he used a guitar to beat him, one they probably use for their worship service.

You think its love that provoked his action, jealousy or some religious grudge?

This was not the dialog I was expecting.

We obviously don't know the whole story. This act of evil was committed to a Pastor of a Baptist church.
The motivation could be anything, from sexual misconduct to being cut off on the way to church.

My question, to clarify is not the motivation but the lack of containment. I get angry too but don't alway act out.

It seams like there have been more cases lately where extreme acts of violence are being done to innocent people.
This seems to go beyond just out of control hate. They get labeled as hate crimes, or work place violence, in James Holmes case he couldn't handle rejection. Is there something external motivating these peoples actions?

Is there someway to help these people before they act out?
